While I tried very hard to work with the staff and understand their perspective, the process has been incredibly challenging, especially after paying $460. Scheduling has been inconsistent, with her driving sessions spaced too far apart. It's now October, and we've only been contacted just now for her 4th session. During one session, we discovered her license had expired, so she couldn't drive, which I understand entirely. However, I was charged a $45 fee for the missed appointment. When I asked about the policy, the instructor said it wasn't his rule, and the soon-to-be owner claimed it was the instructor's rule. I paid the fee, but I still don't know whose rules we're following. I'm troubled that my daughter is still uncomfortable on the road after seven months and only three drives spaced months apart. Additionally, the instructors do not seem equipped to handle autistic adults. Despite my repeated requests, the one instructor I wanted her to drive with wasn't allowed to teach her. It's upsetting to leave such a negative review, but after trying my best to make this work, I feel compelled to share my experience.

Mike Gee did an awesome job in the classroom breaking it down for every student to understand. He kept it professional at the same time keep it interesting telling us about his own experiences over the road. Crystal os the actual driving instructor and can teach a blind man how to drive a CDL truck. Shes that good! She was able to teach me and others how to parallel park and off set backing both ways in just 2/3 weeks. She has her techniques which helped me out a lot. She great as a teacher and really easy to get along with and easy to communicate with. What helped me a lot was I needed some days off to work and we were able to make a schedule that worked best for me to complete the course.!

They have a really neat program to teach drivers the techniques for rally driving and it works. Wes and Scott were super and really focused on safety and having fun. Their program is focused on showing you what needs to be done, doing the skills, taking a break to let is soak in, and then doing it again. It's very well structured and by the end of the day they were doing the slalom course with a lot of confidence. As for the team, I didn't meet anyone at Rally Ready that wasn't outgoing, personable, and just plain nice. They love rallying, but are genuinely good people. It's not about pulling people in to stack the house, but about teaching a subject which they are passionate about. He is very disrespectful to the students and to the female Niya that works there. Everyone else has been polite and very respectful. Mr Biggs does not know how to talk to his students and is not positive at all. From the first day driving with him July 28th he's been very rude and non- encouraging and teaching the two students how to drive. My daughter said every time she asks questions about road signs or anything while driving he seemed very irritated. Y'all isn't that what he's supposed to do, answer questions...period? Today there was an incident where he was cussing , threw his clip board at the coworker and wouldn't even allow my daughter to drive for her scheduled appointment, where she had got ther early. I had to leave work and go up there to appointment which was at 9:00 I pulled up at 8:49 and he had already left.. he told her that it wasn't fair that she had an appointment every day ...which mind you ,was booked where money was paid and paperwork was filled out for this class so make this make sense...Something needs to be done about this man and how he talks to people...I am not the one and you will not disrespect me or my child in any way. The coach (Tim) is absolutely an intolerable grumpy ageist. He belittles people as soon as they walk into the class room. He pokes fun at people that are young or people that have no experience riding (this is a beginner course) In the class room he makes the class read the slides instead of being an actual instructor. On the training grounds, He yelled at people in a very unsupportive way. He makes people so nervous so they can't concentrate on the courses. He wants you to fail so that you will have to pay for the course multiple times. I didn't want to show up for day two because of this instructor. (If you can call him that.) He only coaches the from the book. You would be better off watching YouTube videos.​
