I went in there a few weeks back to find a nice mixture of beers that would sate my hard palate for stout, while appeasing the non-stout crowd. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law (total mooch and, when you get right down to it, is rather whorish...but I will not hold that against Limerick Beverage...they would have had no idea that she would drink almost all of the beer I bought...ok, aside over.) loved the beer so much that she drank almost all of it. With this knowledge in hand, I can head back to Limerick Beverage and ask that they help me find a case of stout that is an obscure, but rich find. I highly recommend that you head over to Limerick Beverage when on your next beer run. I also highly recommend that if you should ever find yourself in the company of my sister-in-law: 1. Run 2. The store used to be my go to for quick food or groceries but these prices combined with terrible food will have me going elsewhere. I also kept asking a worker for help and he completely ignored me. I decided it was because the lights were on and I saw someone finally inside the door and a car in the lot. As I walked in, 2 different employees shouted at me I could not be in there because it was reserved for senior citizens for the first hour. I am 56. I asked if anyone else was in there, I was told, "No, but". I turned around and left vowing never to return. Well, a few days ago I found myself there again stopping for a neighbor who wanted coolers. Once again, I was met with a locked door and the same employee wiping down bottles endlessly while i tugged at the door confused why she was ignoring me and why the door wouldn't open. As another customer came up behind me questioning what was going on, the door popped open and the manager explained to the woman behind me that they were at the limit and she let me in and had her wait. I am starting to think this manager has control issues because she is very rude to the customers of that establishment. there are ways of enforcing "rules" without being miserable.
