The owner here uses a freelance IT expert for repairs who is extremely unreliable. After my computer was with the guy for a month I came by the shop and was told to contact Carlos their IT guy for a status. For 2 weeks straight I tried calling, texting, emailing, and visiting the shop just to be ignored, i had to contact the local police department just to get my laptop back. I immediately took my laptop to a company called CPR in Leesville and my problem was fixed within a day. Im warning yall now, please dont waste your time for computer issues.
