My whole place smells like bad meat smell. I called to complain and the manager or owner kept listening. He didn't even apologize. I told them that I shop from them all the time. Why or how would sell bad meat like that. Like people won't find out! Best way to lose costumer and likely they don't follow FDA AND OSHA regulations. That got to be reported.

I could tolerate the entrance gates, even though they were already a nuisance. But now having to scan your receipt at the self-checkout exit gate just to leave is beyond inconvenient. It feels like customers are being treated with suspicion, and that's a terrible way to do business. To make matters worse, when I spoke up, another customer behind me said, "Get used to it. You're in the ghetto now." That kind of comment was absolutely unacceptable and only made the experience worse!

The store is as stated calm, clean and organized. Eventhough I was not greeted coming in, the staff are always friendly and never rude. My home Costco is the one in Elkridge and, yes, it can be very busy because of where it's located, but they process you through the checkout lines incredibly fast, no matter how long the lines are. I've learned to park somewhat far from the door just to simplify entry and exit and, if it looks really busy, to take my cart with me from the parking lot. But I buy a lot of organic fruit, fruits and vegetables, and they have them in abundance and way more cost-effective than a standard grocery store. The clothing selection is quite nice and I buy a lot of clothes from there. I see this Costco getting bashed in these other reviews, but it isn't their fault that folks tend to trash the areas just from the pure volume of people coming through. I've never seen them be out of sale items, though sometimes a particular item like broccoli just might not be in that day. I'm retired, so I have the good fortune of being able to go in midday and midweek when it is less crowded. The lines at the gas station can get pretty long, but they process through pretty quickly. Overall, I've had excellent experiences with Costco and the only reason I'm not giving five stars is not their fault, they can't control the crowd volume and what folks do to their product displays.

Well after reading a few articles and checking Google, Lord and behold found them! When you get service from them, you get a history of family traditions of great service, quality products of meat, and personal interactions. I drove from Parkville taking the tunnel to get here. When I entered I was so hapoy to see my buddy, but it's been awhile and forgot his name. It was so great to see that they still have great meat bundles. Also here, you can get not just meat but seafood. I told him that they have the best prices when it comes to meat bundles. I got the Economic Bundle. Most of these bundles I can break down into meals that can last me and my husband for a about a two weeks or more. I highly recommend coming here for great service and meat and now fish/seafood!!!!
