Worst service ever by Fiona rude and spiteful. Was sent email saying collect a parcel. Bring email and photo ID down to collect. Gave me extremely hard time getting parcel because I didnt know whose name was on parcel. After much back and forth gives me a parcel. Kicker is there were 2 parcels to collect so I spend a week with phone calls to sender and delivery agents chasing a parcel I think is lost because Fiona even though she now admits to knowing about 2nd parcel and one I spent $90 postage on, decides to only give me one parcel. But goes ahead and checks parcels off as having been collected. Tops it off today with is there anything else you have your parcel now your wasting my time!!!!!!!!!! read more
