It feels weird reviewing and giving 4 stars to a Post Office! But it's the best post office I've ever been to so the review is justified. I felt like I was walking into a post office of the future. It was incredibly advanced and clean, and heaps of bright space unlike the tired looking cluttered space full of junk in other post offices (this one still has the junk that I don't understand why post offices sell but it's neatly stored). There are a range of electronic post options, including a vending machine that sells envelopes and parcel sleeves, a self-posting area which generates postal receipts upon dropping a letter or parcel into the box, and electronic parcel lockers. There's still the traditional staffed counters for those who are scared of the new technology. It would be 5 stars if it's opening hours were better! read more

New Whizz Bang 'Flagship Store" for Australia Post with plenty of self serve machines to get you in and out ASAP. There is even a 'concierge' or floor walker who will look to help you with the self serve machines. Still if you need help from someone for something other than buying stamps or paying bills, you'll need to queue up and well that doesnt move all that fast at all. read more

AUSTRALIA POST PARCEL LOCKERS? - NO THANKS. UNBELIEVABLE!! Tried to have a package delivered by FedEx couriers but it was rejected by AusPost Parcel Lockers and returned to sender. They don't accept any packages sent by FedEx or ANY other rival couriers except AusPost couriers!! This is ANTI-COMPETITION. Australia Post should clearly state this in their advertising. I would recommend alternatives like 'Click and Collect' or Officeworks parcel collect (even couriers themselves like CouriersPlease offer a parcel locker collection). Australia Post Parcel Locker collection was supposed to make my life more convenient but has turned it into a stressful NIGHTMARE. Hey AusPost, here's a tip - not every business or company wants to use Australia Post for deliveries, and not everyone wants to adhere to or read your complex and wordy terms and conditions. read more
