I love to wander…read morewhichever direction my feet take me, and on one recent day, they took me right past Rougier et Ple. I was honestly not sure what to expect. The building is REALLY big and kind of loud in decor. They sell a wide variety of items, mostly for arts and crafts. For Americans, think of it like a really big, expanded Michael's. I found a bunch of super cool cards and postcards there (I can never help myself... I love cards). And then as I went up floor after floor, I found the most stunning displays of paints, colored pencils, markers, canvases, etc. I didn't immediately locate the stairwell and instead rode up in the elevator. Don't do that... it's covered in graffiti and kind of nasty. Take the steps. But I had a great time poking around in this store and totally am happy I stumbled upon it during my adventuring!
