Lately, 6 months, I've had numerous issues with my apartment. Including both my AC and heater going out when the weather was fluctuating. During this time, I reached out to the apartment complex and was told that it would be handled. It took almost 2 weeks to get it completed, it was suggested for a heater to be placed in my apartment temporarily and I have a dog. I was told I would not receive a discount on my rent because at one point I had to run emergency heat. Additionally, my toilet seat is broken, I sent it a maintenance request for a new toilet seat. I haven't heard from maintenance or anyone in the main office. This request was sent on April 1st, 2025. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom.

Steve took time to answer all of our many questions, sent extra pictures of the area around our apartment, and overall attended to us in such a way that made us feel great about our decision to move here. This property is gorgeous and immaculately maintained, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great - close enough to be convenient, yet set in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. She takes care of any and all problems that arise! She is very respectful of everyone. I have NEVER had anyone say anything derogatory about her. She cares about you like you were her kinfolk.. The respect she has for the Elderly, is outstanding. I hope she stays with the company at least till I pass. Carla does so much more than just be a manager, SHE CARES!!!

On day 1 they cut through our internet cable in 2 places and from there is was all downhill. After going back and forth with them for months, we've been left with mud pits, barren patches, and a yard filled with crab grass. The owner has been defensive and claimed if we wanted a nice lawn, we should've done sod. He also didn't remember how the sprinkler system worked and gave us a manual to learn it ourselves. The most unprofessional, fraudulent company I've ever encountered.

Those two individuals are Ashley and Kristin at Lovell Crossing. I have moved on but I lived at Lovell Crossing for 8 years and these two ladies were more like family the whole time I lived there. They are wonderful and without question superb managers who go out of their way to please the tenants that live there. They had a very difficult time when mother nature was not very kind and hit the complex without mercy. They shined like bright diamonds when dealing with tenants who were not so kind but as managers had to protect not only the tenants but the property itself during that time. My daughter and I shopped around and fell in love with this complex. I have lived here almost 5 years now and it is quiet, clean and, as other reviewers have said, the maintenance crew and administrative staff are pretty phenomenal. If something breaks, they usually have it fixed the same day. I have a beautiful view off my back porch and the apartment itself is very nice, with crown molding and nice looking fixtures. Plus you are 10 minutes from the mall, 5 minutes from Turkey Creek and 2 minutes from Pelli. I'm very happy we chose this property- I have had no complaints whatsoever
