Tom diagnosed the problem, phoned me with several updates throughout the time I had my car with him and informed me on parts to replace before going ahead with the work. Now I have a new complete clutch assembly, including clutch fork, upper & lower clutch fork bushes, clutch fork repair kit, release bearing guide bush and clutch cable installed. For those who know about French cars these types of jobs are not for the faint hearted, but this was nothing new for the wonder boy genius Tom! I highly recommend TJB's quality of service, workmanship, knowledge, customer satisfaction and most importantly the competitive pricing strategy(note: Peugeot Dealers would have ripped my right arm for a job like this). Qype User amancc... London…read more Another disappointed customer! Highly disappointing I went to this dealer to buy VW Golf in Dec 2012. Salesman/Owner called Mohammad there was very good in dealing and made a good friendly relation while talking and finalising the deal. When I asked him about all the documentation, he said service history is with his team member and he will get it delivered to my address. I trusted him because he sounded nice, but that was my big mistake. It's been more 6 month now, I still haven't received my service history despite me calling and mailing them again and again. There were number of other promises also made by Mohammad for sorting out small issues in the car which he never fulfilled. Whenever I called him or his office, they either said we will call you back or never picked my call.And the worst thing is that I came to know later from Police that this car was used for drug dealing in the past. Car jungle gave me wrong information, fake promising, and mislead me for their business. Car Jungle to me is highly unprofessional dealer. I would never recommend them to anyone for any relation.
