I drove 2 hours to this dealership to test drive a car and get a better feel for what's out there before making a decision. I needed a pneumatic chisel to cut a groove into the metal, then use that with the chisel to back it out. The crush washer was completely flattened. Its like they used an impact wrench to put the plug on. around the same time my brakes starting squeaking loudly and only got worse. I brought it to a mechanic who then showed me that the pads installed by CSauto were the wrong size. The pads could have broke free causing me to get into an accident. The service this place does on their cars is ridiculous. They have no idea what they're doing and I'd be worried about every car on their lot. Like I said, this place is a joke.
