After discussing what I needed Brad gave me a quote and then completed the inspection. I was disappointed by the result of the inspections but extremely happy that Brad did such a thorough, honest and unbiased inspection and saved me from making a purchase that I feel I would have regretted. He also explained that replacing the windshield of my vehicle would involve the backup cameras which the car company recommends then be brought to a dealer for recalibration. Ron ordered the windshield and let me know when it was in so that we could arrange a time for installation. In the past Brown Glass has replaced window glass, windows, and provided storm windows for a historic commercial building which we owned. All work has been done promptly, correctly, and at a reasonable price.

They hoisted the car up on their lift inspected the radiator, fans, etc and determined that our problem was a bad radiator cap that had caused us to loose coolant. With the new radiator cap, coolant and oil topped off they told us we were good to go for driving the rest of the way to KC and our road trip was saved. Instead of inconveniencing family, we drove down to KC, around the city, and back to Omaha with zero problems thanks to Bill Walters & Son.

WORLD AUTO IS DECEPTIVE AND DECEITFUL…read more World Auto sold a car knowing of an unsafe condition that would cost them to fix but hid it. The car's airbag light was on so they said they took it to Woodhouse Ford South to get fixed but couldn't get in, so we trusted them and purchased. A Ford dealer in Omaha found the airbag sensory had detected a collision and had to be replaced. We became suspicious and pulled out paperwork from the purchase and noticed a hand-written note had been added to the AS-IS/NO Warranty saying "The customer has been made aware of the airbag light and has assumed responsibility for all repairs needed". This had not been on the warranty prior to signing. We signed the back, but the front was hidden from us. We contacted Woodhouse Ford South where they said they brought the vehicle. We found out it had actually been in and a $1000 estimate given to World Auto. World Auto was deceitful in not revealing the handwritten warranty note and they knew of the $1,000 repair.
