They can (and have) been able to just listen to the car and tell me exactly what the problem is. Whether minor or major work, It always gets done one time, on budget and there has only been 2 returns for the same problem as they had different options for the solution to the problem. They tried one and when that didn't solve it, they tried the other. They didn't want to change out 2 parts at the same time as they would not know which of the 2 was actually causing the problem.
