I went in there without my husband to process the paperwork on a car that we wanted to buy and he quoted me a completely different price than what was advertised on Bookoo. I even brought it to his attention and he said I was wrong. I even had my husband call him , then he quoted a different price "with the conversion rate". If you must buy a car from him, and I strongly suggest you don't, bring your smart phone to convert the euros to dollars yourself. Again...do not buy a car from him, you will be sorry!!

It ran fine for the first few months…read more The main issue is whenever we drive on the Autostrada or really anywhere the speed limit is more than 70, the heat sensor goes off, as if the car is overheating. Alex never fixed the issue, even though we brought the car in and told him of the issue several times. He always said "it's not actually overheating it's something with the dash".... Okay? So how will we know if/when it actually overheats if the sensor just goes off randomly? He always says he's "looking for a new dash" to fix it, but this has been an issue for almost a year and he still hasn't figured it out. Not only that, but his mechanic services are not reliable. Tried to get the car in to get headlights and taillights replaced, had an appointment scheduled, and he texts us the morning of to say his mechanic isn't coming in. I understand things happen out of your control, but this isn't the first time we've had an appointment and it's had to be moved because of the mechanic not showing up. Definitely would not recommend.
