Absolutely awful! I was in a car accident and these ppl have made it a nightmare to get my medical bills paid and prescriptions! Cameron Bartlett out of Lansing has no idea how to do his job and I'm the one suffering for it. Same goes for Noah Gale. Noah totaled my car when the body shop said it was reparable, and are giving me HALF of what my car is worth! I was suppose to get wage reimbursement, but haven't seen a penny. I was told the check was in the mail. A week ago!! The prescription card is a joke since it takes at least 24 hours to get "approval". And the local agent in Whitehall is a joke. Larry has been NO help at all despite my numerous attempts to get him to help me. I'm telling everyone I know how badly I've been treated and insist this is the worst insurance company to use. I'm sure you know how frustrating it can be to file an insurance claim, and the employees at this branch have made it incredibly easy and stress-free. The agent who was helping me is named Kelly, and I highly suggest that you speak with her if you need help. My claim was very different since I was filing a claim against someone who is insured by Auto Owners and I'm from out of state. As different as this case is, Kelly and Lisa have been extremely helpful in explaining what should be done and what they can do about it.
