Rude employee, do not take your motorcycle to this wash. I guess motorcycles are not as much of a money generator as cars/trucks. On more than 1 occasion, when I was finished I was just drying off my seat and the employee comes out to tell me to hurry up "people are waiting" no kidding! I waited for the bay as well. That generally happens at a car wash on the weekend. Last time I was there was last week, and "yes" I was using a wash mitt to scrub off the bugs, maybe for about 5 min, I'm not going to use the foam brush to scrub my bike. The same employee comes out again to give me hard time. Enough is enough, I will not be returning to this business with my bike, personal or company vehicles any longer. Unfortunately the only 2 wand washes in Strathmore are both ran about the same, very poorly. They only seem to be concerned with generating money and not with customer service! read more
