This car wash took a little longer than some other that I've gone to, and the prices are a little higher, but after having my car washed, I was able to see why. AND it was worth it. It looks like this was originally a gas station converted to a car wash, getting into the line is a bit confusing because of the lay out, but I figured it out. The attention to detail in cleaning my car has been something I've been LOOKING FOR!! Since post places either allow you to vacuum on your own, or have a crew do it, I've seen a difference in a satisfactory job (even if I do it). I will say that the placement of the tip container should be at the tail end of the wash because when I was about to leave, the two people that cleaned my car (VERY WELL MIGHT I ADD) lingered around, I'm assuming for the tip. I ended up tipping again, which isn't an issue, I just didn't really like that. I can't wait to go back, this is the cleanest my car has been since I moved down here. read more

i called ahead of time to double check what time they were closing and they said 6 o'clock I got there at 5:48 and they were closed-but all still working. I told them that I called to find out what time they were closing, and they said there was nothing they could do, that the bank was already closed. Then they started laughing. Having recently relocated to Savannah, I found it very difficult to find a good Full Service car wash. Most places sell themselves as full service, however they are not in anyway full service. However Auto Sine Car Wash is the Real Deal! Here you will start your experience being greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. My car is sparkling inside and out. The attention to detail was amazing. Even with past expensive Detail jobs never have I had the lift gate hydraulics wiped down, the cup holder and console mats removed and cleaned, and those pesky leaves that end up hiding in the door and lift gate seals removed. When they shine your tires they move the car forward a tad, so you don't have that annoying un-shined spot. I have never given a 5 star review. My reasoning is, that means there's no room for improvement. Well, here's a first. When I first pulled in, I thought, hmmm a bit pricy. Boy was I wrong.. I picked the "Our Duluxe". The gentleman in the back said, for a few dollars more, we add a few more services...sold. I purchased "The Works" For $40 I received a service that would cost me $120.00 in N.Y. AND, I can come back for the next 5 days and get the same service FREE! Now that makes it a barging price!! The best part of it all was the service. From the guys who greet you, to the cashier, to the guys who put on the finishing touch. The name of the gentleman who took care of my car was Forest. This young man takes pride in his work. What a fantastic job and to top it off he was very nice & polite young man. The ownership is lucky to have him. This was my first time at this location, everyone was very nice. I was offered the #1 promotion...includes a Works Wash today, this includes a 5 Day Clean Car Guarantee. The pass can be used for our car as often as we'd like through Sunday March 29,2020. Also I was given a Touch Up Service offer as well this includes: Exterior/Outside- Only, Soft Cloth Tunnel Wash, Pre-Wash Bug Prep/Scrub, Wheel Brightener, Towel Dry (by REAL human beings), lastly they also clean the Door Jams Wiped. I have to add I left, had to come back because I stopped at Sonics to purchase a bag of ice. Got up to the window after waiting patiently in a 10 minute line. I gave the young lady my debit card, paid for the purchase. She handed me the bag of ice and it was not tied up. At this point I'm totally heated! She looked back at the person whom I guess handed her the bag first. My thing is as being the last person to handle the bag why wouldn't you make sure the bag was tightly secured before handing it out the window???!!! Nevertheless the entire bag of ice spilled throughout my entire clean car. Thank you again Christina Zagner for being so efficient and allowing your team to instantly re-vacuum and re-clean the ice and water spillage for me. Horrible. Just horrible. Slowest car wash on the planet. If you have half a day off from work to do nothing but sit in a carwash line, then this might be the place for you. I sat in a 10 car line up for the drive-thru wash for an unbelievable 45 full minutes watching an expensive uncoordinated 1950's crazy wash style process that left me absolutely speechless. Where I come from, 10 cars is a 10 minute line, and that is with a full service wash. Here, at the end of that 45 minute period we had only moved up 2 cars. And...should you decide to bail and leave, you are trapped and cannot turn around or get out. There's even a chain in place where there's an otherwise very useable driveway exit to make sure you can't get out. The equipment is ancient, the process needs more people and a total rethink and everyone needs to just hustle faster. Car washes make money by putting cars through quickly and doing volume. This place doesn't seem to have a clue. read more

They cleaned my dash board, wheel, driving stick base, door frames, wipers, inside wind shield, vaccumed the little cracks between my seat and my cup holders. They did leave a cheeto in between my driver seat and the hand brake and they're soft cloths left little linen behind in some places, but that's really about it.
