This is the best 1-star rating I can give... I went here 2wice, with no problems at all... and I thought everyone was real friendly and money well spent etc... In particular, they do a terrific job at bug removal. Then I went here recently and the brushes left my vehicle with some scratches... on the hood, and one or two other places on the body... To me, that is unacceptable.. If you have a P.O.S. beater that you don't care about this place will suit your purposes... If you have a nice whip, and are a stickler to attention to detail and really care about your whip than No!, I would not recommend it.. Best 1-star rating I can give. read more

This business does not appear to be open anymore. I used the map for directions and it took me to a gas station.

During the washing process a plastic vent on the hood of my truck broke off. The manager told me that they will not replace the vent because my truck is over 5 years old. In my eyes it shouldn't matter how old my truck is. If their machine brakes something, then they should fix it. read more

Quick service and a solid wash! You're paying slightly more than other local car washes, but the convenience makes it well worth it.

I have went there many of times. They have left bugs still on my vehicles to where they had to rewash it. Didn't clean the inside around the doors. There was machine left grease on my vehicles and scratched up one side. The workers are very unprofessional because they argue with each other in front of customers. The experience I had over there was rude, embarrassing and I will never ever go back or refer anyone over there. So if you go there check your vehicle inside and out before giving it to them. read more

For years I have been coming all the way from New Orleans to Houma to get my car washed at this place. Never again. I paid $40 and there was still pieces of dry dog food in the back of my SUV. The manager explained that every little thing is an additional charge. Me all my friends will not be visiting this establishment again. read more

Today's experience was horrible. I always wait outside and watch my car get finished to be sure everything is done. I watched the man spray the armor-all on the tires thinking surely he's going to come back around and wipe them off. Well, surprise they tell me my car is ready. When I tell the young lady that he only sprayed the tires and didn't wipe them she was very nice and wiped them. The man came by and asked if something was wrong and when I said he hadn't wiped the tires off he proceeded to argue with me telling me mot to tell him what he did. I told him I watched him but he still argued and was absolutely RUDE! If my decision to return is based on that employee I would never go back. He was awful and even somewhat threatening. He is certainly not the kind of person that I would want interacting with customers. I hope to be contacted by the management. read more

A friend of mine tried Auto Spa at a different location and had a great experience. This location, however, was not a good one. If I pay $5 specifically for bug removal, there should not be bugs still smeared across the windshield as well as the side mirrors. The vacuum job was very poor as well. read more

Damaged my car and didn't have the balls to admit it. After watching the damage occur I informed owner David Saint. After he aggressively denied any responsibility he yelled at a women 1/3 his size till police were called. Officer stated on private property the owner didn't have to give me his insurance. On May 23, 2013 I visited Auto spa at 425 Enterprise Drive . I paid for the platinum wash the best they offer at $35.95. I received a wash that was worth about $5.00. They did not clean my wheel or apply dressing on the tires until I ask him to do so,but still did a poor job. My seat was still dirty. My dash had miss spot of dressing. My chrome door handles were still dirty. Water spots on the windshield. After call the office still did not get any satisfaction. Auto Spa will not get another dollar from me.
