I picked up my Classic Jaguar XJ6 today after requesting a complete detail,paint touch up and all windows tinted. The detailing was excellent considering that the car was 40yrs old with original paint so extra attention had to be paid and it obviously was. The windows tint came out perfect and as for the paint touch up people really need to understand that only so much can be achieved with a touch up job and even when it comes out really good it is rarely showroom perfect even when companies do their best with what they have to work with, so the choice is simple,you either spend 6 grand or more for a new paint job or a couple of hundred for a decent touch up job. Recently had work done here and will NEVER go back again. Years ago they did a nice job. This time the detail job was alright, but no where near as nice as the last time. It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Now, you're upset that a customer left a review? Get a clue. Perhaps, you shouldn't ask customers for a review . . and then whine about the review! read more

Had them do two jobs. First was tinting. All the windows were good except the windshield. Two and a half weeks later, it still has two half inch bubbles in the tint film and straight lines seen through the windshield appear wavey. Update - Had them remove film on windshield and they gave me a full refund. Impressed. Second job was having them treat the plastic on my truck. The truck came back looking like brand new. Very impressed. They say it should last at least two years. I am looking forward to that. read more

Exterior Detailing: Great experience, start to finish! Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they do amazing work. I had house paint accidentally sprayed on the exterior of my vehicle and they were wonderful about making sure I was taken care of. They text you appointment details if that's your preference. I find that feature very helpful given my busy schedule. They worked with me to get me booked by a certain time; finishing my car in the time quoted. It was used for many field trips, vacations, and sports competitions as well as the normal day-to-day stuff. Where the kids decided it would be a good idea to have an applesauce fight, and with eating snacks and lunches, beaches, hiking, mud,... So you can only imagine the stains and grime. And although I would wash it and vacuum. I could never get it clean enough. Not to mention my headlights had this thick yellow stuff on it. I had always wished to get my car detailed but never did it. My hope was that it'd look pretty good. That it would feel a little bit cleaner. I wasn't expecting it to look and feel so incredible! I was astonished. I could tell as soon as they brought it out that it looked different from the outside and then looking inside Wow! My headlights are so much brighter. My carpets looked brand new. I just received my car back from Quinn and his team. Quinn was very professional and has deep subject matter expertise in paint care and detailing. I had left my Carbon Black X5 M outdoors this summer at a beach house and the salt and sand had done a number on the paint, with visible paint swirls on the black paint. We did a stage 2 paint correction and the swirls have been successfully removed. We also, after discussion, changed the ceramic coating on the car and I must say, it looks fantastic. I was worried about some residue that an old car cover had left on it. They kept it for the day and obviously took great care and time in cleaning and treating it with a weather resistant coating. I just purchased a brand new 2016 Toyota Tacoma (Inferno color) And I wanted to protect my new beautiful paint job to the fullest. I brought it in yesterday, on Christmas Eve for the new vehicle sealant package. They sealed the outside and inside tight like a glove! This vehicle was detailed so nicely. That is was nicer than when I drove it off the lot 1 month ago with only 11 miles on it. I have 3 dogs and to my surprise, I DID NOT have 1 dang dog hair in my truck when I got it back.
