I also found out another tire was wearing on the outside and that the alignment I had done by another garage was not done correctly. I have a 2023 Kia with only 16000 miles on it. Mike was very helpful in making a solution. I ended up buying 4 new tires because my current tires were not available at VIP and I could not mix and match because of the type of vehicle I have. They also did an alignment and printed out photos of before and after and explained the differences. There is a huge difference in how the vehicle drives and rides with the new tires I purchased and I am very pleased with the service I received. They were very kind and professional.
