He stated the yellow top would not work because it required heavy discharge and in his 20 years of experience the battery would go dead quickly in a regular car. so he said the red top optima was the battery needed and he didn't stock them. Being a licensed engineer with 35+ years of experience, and 50+ years of experiencing wrenching on cars, his explanation didn't made sense to me. So i bought a battery someplace else.

She explained cars previously served here contain an incomplete history of car service previously preformed. Proceeded to explain how I was wrong in the pre quote pricing.
