We've been here several times before and each and everytime there was always something wrong with the job that they do. We just thought we've give them another chance, but will definitely not come back again. They always have a line of cars waiting to be serviced so that makes everyone works fast. I noticed on cars they do great work but when I bring my jeep wrangler they don't vacuum the back area nor under the seats.

We have been very pleased with the service everytime. The employees are polite and attentive and management does frequent spot checks. Of you are mot happy, tell the manager... he always makes it right. The ride thru wash is only $4.00... the best price around. read more

Been coming here for a while. With a different car. Service has been going down hill. Took my brand new truck there and specifically asked for the windows not to be done. They did them anyways. Now I have streaks. I paid a lot of money for the environmental protection to be put on my truck. There had to have been something abrasive on the washer itself or the rags they used to dry the car because I had swirls in my paint. Past my environmental package, past my clear coat, in my paint!!! Worst wash I've ever received. Took my Tacoma in yesterday and paid 27 dollars just to have to go home and redo everything they did. Re wiped my windows from all the streaks they left. Had to go to another car wash to vacuum the rest of it out. Not to mention I paid for fragrance and my car did not smell like back ice. Also they sucked up one of my mats in my doorpanel. I Can definitely say I won't be back and will not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go do it yourself. read more

I am a regular customer at Auto Bell ; have been one for years; on Monday I went to have my suv cleaned around 5:00 PM; there was about six vehicles ahead of me and by the time my turn came up there was at least six vehicles behind me. The gentleman pulled my truck up to the lane and stated vacuuming ; meanwhile I was transacting my payment and was told he couldn't make change for a hundred dollar bill;I replied that I did not have anything smaller ; at which time I was told that I would have to move my vehicle from the line, forcing me to have to charge the service on my credit card. read more

Definitely not a fan. We've previously tried the Armistead location and came away annoyed that numerous things were missed. We decided to try another location (Warwick) today and see if it was just the location. We experienced the same today. My husband asked for the back of the SUV to be vacuumed out at the beginning and was told it would. Sure enough, when he got it back, it wasn't. They took it back and vacuumed it. However, there were still a lot of bugs on the front and numerous missed spots on both sides of the car. You shouldn't have to point out things that were missed after it is supposedly finished. Not worth trying out again just to be disappointed. We will be searching for a good car cleaning place in the area. read more

I'm only putting 5 stars because today, I brought in my itty bitty nanny car named POS: and the guy that worked on my car (Hunter) did a pretty damn good job! I was shocked by the amount of cleaning that he competed, there was so much dirt and mulch on the inside of my car just from the past few weeks of taking the kids to parks.. All the dust and dirt on the dash & doors, clean. The soda they spilt on my passenger seat & door, clean. AMAZED!! Well worth the money I put on the table, kinda sad I only tipped him $2 when he definitely deserved $20.. Anything he missed, I truly didn't care- he did way more then I expected by seeing how young they looked at the jump.. Way to go Hunter, Thank You & Thank You AutoBell! read more

I have been here twice for the Mangers special. Both times I have been happy with their work. They bring me to my car and are happy to re-do anything that I am not satisfied with. I have had them vacuum a bit more or put a little more "wet tire" on the wheels and they have always been extremely happy to fix anything that they missed. I debated between a 2 or 3 star rating. This was my first visit. I got the manager's special for $29.99. Wash, shine, towel dried, wheels and tires scrubbed, interior vacuumed, Rainex on the windshield, etc. It was their top service. Place was clean, workers were friendly and polite. My reason for the low score is that I was called over to the car, for what I thought was a finished job so I handed over my ticket and tip. The young man said not yet just checking on fragrance choice. At the car a young lady was cleaning the windshield and I said great, glad you are getting that spot. Also noticed still several bugs so I asked the guy. He said they were still working. I stepped aside and was called over a short time later, holding additional tip since they worked longer. Holding cash in hand I notice there were still bugs and a smear on windshield. He said go to Autozone and buy stuff for the bugs. Hmm, extra tip went back in my pocket for the autozone purchase. Not sure if I will go back. Benefit of doubt since it was a busy weekend. read more

wow where do I even begin. I asked Siri where the closest car wash was and this was it. when I pulled up the place actually looks pretty legit. It looks new and there were tons of employees ready to clean cars. I told the attendant I wanted a complete car wash with interior included. He talked me into getting the most expensive car wash for 29.99. So I was expecting a 30 dollar car wash. After I paid I went and sat outside to wait for my car. After only 10 minutes a young worker calls me over to my car to tell me it was ready. As soon as I opened the door it was extremely evident that no one even attempted to clean the interior at all. I mean it didn't even look like they vacuumed! There were still crumbs on the seat, the floor mats where still dirty, the cup holder was still dirty, and the dashboard was still dusty!! I hardly ever complain but I had paid 30 dollars and I expected to get what I paid for. Most basic 10 dollar car washes include a vacuum of the interior! I complained to the kid and he asked me if I wanted him to re-vacuum. Duh I want you to re-vacuum!! I wasn't expecting them to detail clean the interior or anything, just a basic vacuum and wipe down! I'm NEVER going back to this place. read more

I am not ringing a bell for this car place. I took two cars to get the $20 special. Car number one was not cleaned satisfactorily. The rims are partially cleaned. The vents and cup holders were not even touched. When I surprised my husband with the "clean" car, he only noticed that the floors had been vacuumed. the second car was cleaned well. The only complaint was that we were told the car was ready, but used towels were left on the top of the car. We had to remove them ourselves. read more

This is the worst car wash service so far. First, they try to sell you the most expensive service even though you already told them what you want to be done on your car. Second, they did not clean the rear carpets and seats. I had to go to a gas station later and pay for a vacuum to do it myself. I guess, I should've paid for the expensive service so that they would have taken the time to clean the rear seats and carpets. Not worth it. read more
