There was a restaurant to the right and also brewery to the right. We made the left turn and noticed two huge copper kettle welcoming. The lady told us to sit at the two seater desk right next to a person coughing real bad and that really made us comfortable. Ordered DIPA. Soup and salad. Pilsner arrived first by mistake which I didn't touch. Turned out to be for the guy coughing real bad. Soon, mine arrived. It was one of the best tasting DIPA. I had to compliment the bartender. Apparently, this one is brewed here also. Very nice ambience especially with two copper kettles at the front. Monks stopped brewing beers for awhile. No ales.

I ordered a beef stew, dumpling plate, which was highlighted as a Czech favorite. This was excellent. Beef was super moist, the dumplings were flavorful and not too heavy. Gravy was perfect for this beef dish. I enjoyed this as a lunch. Not too busy and smoking was to a minimum, but still wish other countries would embrace the no smoking both inside and outside on patios of restaurants. I would recommend for lunch.

It has a big garden and enough place to put your bicycle. It´s not only restaurant but also a microbrewery so you have a chance to taste something different than just Pilsner Urquell. Beer is not bad. The quality was like fifty fifty. Wheat beer was realy good and refreshing but a lager was without taste or better said it tasted like a beer with soap so not good. We were one of the approximately ten customers in that moment so hardly to say how it looks when it´s crowded but service wasn´t so bad. Only the waitress looked like we bother her. Inside part of restaurant is fully smoking so it´s probably better to sit outside when it´s full house. The place works also as a hotel. We will try some meals the next time so the review will be complete and hopefully it´s gonna be full house :-)
