I had an appointment to change my tires at 10:30 and I arrived on time. When I got there, they told me I "didn't have an appointment" because I supposedly "didn't confirm." That's not true: I have written confirmation in the chat and I showed it on the spot. Instead of apologizing, the receptionist started shifting the blame with comments like "you didn't confirm properly," "you wrote when we were closed," "we don't have your phone number," etc. Then came total disorganization: first they asked which wheels to change (front/rear) and I answered. I stepped away for 5-7 minutes and another employee came out and asked again which tires to change, showing there is no internal coordination or proper handover. Outcome: no service provided, time wasted, zero accountability and no apology. Avoid this place and go to other professionals. Tenía cita para cambiar los neumáticos a las 10:30 y llegué puntual. Al llegar me dijeron que "no tenía cita" porque supuestamente "no la confirmé". Eso no es cierto: tengo la confirmación por escrito en el chat y la mostré allí mismo. En vez de pedir disculpas, la administrativa empezó a trasladar la culpa con frases del tipo "no confirmaste bien", "escribiste cuando estaba cerrado", "no tenemos tu teléfono", etc. Después, desorganización total: primero me preguntaron qué ruedas había que cambiar (delanteras/traseras), contesté. Me ausenté 5-7 minutos y salió otro empleado y volvió a preguntar qué neumáticos había que cambiar, lo que demuestra que no hay coordinación interna ni transmisión de información.
