They delivered it to Bullhead City two weeks later got an email saying that it needed to have a smog check in order to register the car and that we needed to sign a bunch of paperwork with a notary and send it back within 48 hours. This paperwork was signed when the car was dropped off and they lost it. Plus a smog is not required in the state of Arizona so we are required to drive four hours to go perform something that they should have done before they dropped the car off. They also will not let us register it on our own because they said there's already somebody working on the case. Do not buy from Carvana. read more

The person I was dealing with went from a kind individual to one that was clearly upset at my decision and made it known. Apparently customer loyalty and ongoing business is not important. The day that happened they lost a customer for life. Since that time I have purchased 3 additional vehicles each of which would have been through them had a salesperson not lost their temper and treated me like crap over a single deal. After a couple of not so great visits to local dealers in Vegas (i.e. One salesperson told me how he had just taken the vehicle for sale on a long road trip with his buddies...kind of strange in my opinion, and another salesperson told me I was being too anal...his exact words), I decided to look elsewhere. I searched around online and found this dealer near the border of Arizona and Nevada. They had the car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, AND it was close to my price range. I was a little unsure about the mixed reviews on yelp, but found no red flags after digging around and felt confident after I saw that they were a BBB registered business with no filed complaints. A couple of phone conversations later and a little negotiating, I drove the hour and forty minutes out there to take a test drive. I was greeted by Robert, who was friendly, straightforward, and professional, and he addressed all my questions and concerns. He really made the process quick and easy, with no pressure at all. Robert and the dealer went above and beyond my expectations. After it was all signed and done, there was a gift basket waiting in the backseat of the vehicle. It really says a lot when a business thinks of every little detail and puts customer service first. A week later, I received a letter in the mail from the owner, thanking me for my purchase. I filled out their "find your dream car" form telling them that I am pre-approved for an auto loan and they informed me that the vehicle I was looking for was "too old". We are local to Bullhead City, and over the past 5+ years have purchased 3 auto's from Automobile Consulting Services, 2 used and 1 new. All auto's have been in great shape, the entire staff has always responded to any issues we had with the vehicles and have always been very nice and gracious while we were there. They make the car buying experience truly pleasurable. I don't think I would be comfortable buying a used car from anyone else. When my husband got his new truck, it was on another lot in Bullhead that was trying to play the switch game and wouldn't deal. Sharon arranged to get the truck thru a third party (local dealer won't sell to her), have it picked up, delivered to her lot, and then to us, and gave us substantial savings over the original dealer lot price. They fixed every issue before they would allow me to buy the car as it had just been taken in for processing when i saw it. the negotiation process was easy and painless as they gave me a price well below KBB value. Their cars are all very clean and well taken car of. I even drove home and noticed the cruise control was not working after i had already payed and done everything I called John (sales associate) and told him he said bring it right back and they had the issue fixed right away, and provided me with transportation home and back to pick up the car. Shady, rude and unhelpful people who continually lie to your face. They constantly change their story. I bought a 2010 van from them that had no problems. I recently bought a 2001 VW from them and it broke down 3 DAYS after I purchased it. I told them that I no longer wanted the vehicle and they told me I can't do that and they won't take it back. I tried numerous times to get them to take it back. I was dealing with Robert until that jerk stood there and insulted my father and myself. Then Sharon took over. She tried to get me into some other piece of crap that was WAY out of my price range. I told her I can't afford that. She didn't care. I have had the car in and out of the shop ever since I bought it. I have 2 small kids and I'm a single mom on a low income. They have no understanding of that. My car broke down YET again today and is now being towed out of town for another service place to look at it. I am without a car for however long that is going to take. Around Christmas Sharon told me after the holidays to bring the car in and she would have it towed to TNT in Kingman. I call her today and tell her it broke down yet again and she gets angry at ME.. Are you kidding?! This is the piece of crap SHE sold me. She tells me "well I don't know what to tell you, I could've gotten you into another car.." I told her Yeah one out of my price range. She said Well that's not my problem. EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Then she tells me well I don't know what to tell you and she HANGS up on me. Constant problems from DAY 3!!!! I live in California and recently bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic from them for a good price and with the features that I really wanted. I didn't see the car before I bought it, but they took good pictures and I was willing to take the risk since it was such a new car with factory warranty if anything was wrong with it. It's not very easy to find a stick these days so it seems... They were very helpful once they knew I was seriously interested about the car. They drove a couple of hours out of their way to meet me with the car in Las Vegas, which was nice of them. I'm very happy with the car, although the power mirrors are not working, which I wasn't told about. I can take it to a Chevy dealer to get it fixed though (I'm guessing it could be something as simple as a fuse). It was a pretty easy exchange even for a non-resident and they found me a good loan rate from Chase. I'd be willing to buy from them again. read more

I wish i could write a review and not have to give them any stars. If it we're me, I would give them 5 thumbs down. About a week ago my daughter went in looking for a Kia Optima. She went in and talked to one of the employees named Robert. He had a car brought down from somewhere that seemed to fit what she wanted. It seemed like a good deal from the start. However, I'm a little old school, so I went to check the low book on Kelly Blue Book and apparently they don't just have high and low anymore, they give you several values on the car. I was a little confused because the lowest value they had on the site was like three thousand lower than what they were wanting to charge her. So I called Robert and asked him about it because I did not want her getting upside down in this car. He seemed to be a little annoyed that I would even suggest such a thing because "he" got her a 2.5 interest rate on the loan. After seemingly being annoyed, he did try and explain to me. He said that because of her interest rate, she would never be upside down in the vehicle. Hmmm, OK! We took it for a probably 3-5 mile test drive and she said it was pulling to the left and we who were in the car could also see and feel it pulling. So when we got back we told Robert and he said that it had just had four new tires put on it but he would have it checked out. When we got home, my husband and myself started doing some research on the car. We found some reviews that stated that this same car, same year were having steering wheel issues. And almost all of the reviews we read on the Kia warranties all stated that they did not want to honor them for one reason or another. The ones about the steering issues stated that the cars were given back and the owners were being told they could not find the problem. The next day my husband talked to Robert and told him that we were very concerned and it seemed as if Robert thought we were over reacting or something. One of the reviews we had read was about a lady who had her small son in the car and because of the steering issue wound up on the side of a mountain with serious injuries to herself and her son. Anytime we TRIED to voice a concern about something we were reading on a review site that seemed to have EVERYTHING to do with the car we were interested in, Robert seemed to want to demean our concern and start talking about something else. Kinda like, how stupid we were to even think such a thing. So, today we got a call from Robert saying that he had the car checked out and IT WAS out of alignment. Hmmmm, just wondering how that works because apparently it just had four new tires put on it. Anyway, he told my husband that if we wanted to come test drive it again, we could, we could even take it to Kingman if we wanted. We also know of a couple dealerships in town, who, if they know you are serious about by the vehicle, will let you drive it for the day. So we called Robert back this afternoon and some woman (apparently the owner) answered the phone. She said Robert was not available and asked if she could help. Our daughter goes to Vegas once a month for work, which is why she was looking to upgrade her current vehicle. She has a meeting up there in the next couple of days. So, I explained that to this woman and asked (because we have been offered by two other dealerships in the past and her own employee said we could take it up to Kingman) if it would be an option for our daughter to drive it to her meeting? VERY nasty, this woman said "absolutely not!!", there is nothing wrong with this car, it never has any steering issues!!" I informed her that it did have a steering issue that's why it got an alignment. I told her if that wasn't their policy, it was OK. I asked her, if we came in and signed the papers for the car and our daughter drove to Vegas with it and something happened with the steering or anything else, would they take care of her as far as getting her in something else? VERY nasty and short this woman said, "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN!!!" After that she hung up on me. I received a message a few minutes later from Robert pretty much saying the same thing, just in a little calmer tone. So I called him back and POLITELY let him know, we would not be doing business with them anymore. There was never any apology for the rudeness of the woman on the phone or any concern why or IF there was anything else they could do to make it right. Let me just say, this was a $17,000.00 car that my husband or I or our daughter did not want her to be paying on if it was going to be trouble and it seemed that these people (although Robert kept reminding us that there was no pressure) were just concerned about getting on with the sale. I am also a business owner here in town and I WOULD NEVER talk to ANY future, present or ex clients the way this woman addressed me tonight. I grew up in this town and know a lot of people here. We bought a car this week from Automobile Consulting Services and had nothing but positive experiences. From the time we pulled up to the greeting from the staff we felt at home. Very friendly and informative service. Robert showed us an Altima Nissan that we fell in love with. He worked and shopped around for us a very agreeable interest rate with lower payments than we ever expected! He also worked up a deal to take our 2005 Nissan as a trade in even though the car was broke down and required around 800.00 worth of repairs. He gave us a very fair price for the car as trade in along with a small cash down payment. We are so happy with our car!!
