Very shady business and shady greedy corporate owners operating in very gray areas. Numerous customer complaints about new fleet of car buying problem issues and added extra hidden costs in sales contract from long term sale of vehicles or leasing. Be very careful and know your facts. Hidden costs can cost you dearly over the long run. Sales staff and people are very friendly and nice but top level business owners are very shady, operating within the laws, using sneaky dirty tactics to maximize profits from pressure sales. We started with an electric Kia Soul car, after driving it for just days, we noticed the battery wore down fast during the winter. We even installed a battery charger at our home that cost us $1500.00, total waste of money. Yes we got back $600.00 from the mafia fake criminal govt but we still lost money.
That would have been a huge mistake. Electric cars are very dangerous, the chemical batteries explode, they catch fire very fast and spread fast and have killed many people and they consume far more energy. It didn't happen to us but after some online research, and some shocking Youtube videos of electric vehicle fires, including electric buses, very scary to watch, we said no thanks.
We had to trade it in fast for a regular gas Kia Soul which they pressured us into and we never got to inspect it properly. We gave our 2016 Kia Soul as a trade in with good Kia mags and a $1500.00 stereo with CD player to exchange it for something that had no mags but cheap plastic wheel covers, cheap factory stereo and a drivers seat problem that cost them another $1500.00 to repair plus a car rental which took many weeks to months to finalize. Do your homework before rushing into buying or leasing a used car, especially large car dealers. Always fully inspect the vehicle your planning to buy and if you feel sales pressured to sign a long term contract, BACK OFF, that's a huge red flag warning! That's a fast sales pitch and dirty tactic to get you to sign to their agreements. Read everything very carefully and bring someone who understands dealerships with you. read more
