I know because I had mud all over my truck that day and the video they showed had a clean undercarriage of a compact car. He also said they couldn't fix it there, but his buddy had a garage down the street. That's a bit shady. Fast forward to last night. Since I wasn't impressed with their service I had my husband change my oil. The oil filter was cranked on so tight that it ended up breaking to come off and then drained more than half the new oil we put in it. It has cost us 3x the amount it would have cost us to change the oil. Needless to say, we are not returning.
