I changed my spark plugs at this garage after one died on me on the road and this was the closest garage I could drive to. One year later, while checking my car elsewhere, the mechanic noticed a gas smell and found that the spark plugs had been poorely tightened. When I returned from my roadtrip and finally had time to call the garage, I was greeted by a secretary interrupting me introducing my problem to say "should I be the one you should be talking to?" When I said I didn't know because she hadn't let me finish she answered "what's your question" in a short tone. The person she ended up transferring me to was no better, pretending he was stating facts, while the timeline, proofs, and documentation I had were irrelevant. Right away, it was evident he was going to blame anything and anyone to ensure he didn't have to own up to a mistake. He said I should have called immediately and he would have towed the car (I was out of the country 800km away). He kept trying to insinuate my story was changing as I was providing him with additional information on the timeline of events, which he would then cut me off from providing. He even had the nerve to tell me that if I had a loose spark plug, I could never have driven around even though I clearly drove to their garage with a dead one. Finally, there was no discount given for the fact their work was shoddy and had to be redone by another mechanic. Needless to say - if your car breaks down around Decarie and Sherbrooke, get it towed to a real garage.

When he insisted and opened up the car in front of the insurance estimator all of the metal was totally bent and needed to be replaced or else I would have been driving around in an unsafe vehicle. You should bring your car there they are very knowledgeable and make sure the job is done right without cutting corners or compromising quality. Morris & Pierrot were the heart of the place and service was beyond expectations. My last 2 times there were horrible ! Went in for a problem with a tire ... one hour and half after, I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire but as I looked through the window ... I noticed they did the assessment on the wrong tire ! I returned recently for an oil change. The fellow at the counter was swearing and screaming at a customer ! Even after the customer left, the guy kept swearing and swearing ! It was an utterly unpleasant situation and I will never put foot there again. my suspension on mini went kaput while driving. had CAA tow me to them. left key and a note…read moreexplaining as it was after hours. they repaired the car about 4-5 days later, but remember no appointment. only issue was the tire that got destroyed had to be changed so we had them put on the summer tires while they were at it changing the finished one. terrible job, two of the tires kept losing air. we took them to a tire changing guy who redid the job and now they're perfect. these guys are fabulous mechanics for minis and I guess BMW as well as other cars. when we called to tell them of the poor tire installation the guy was rude, condescending and a general jerk. bad day? guess so. took no accountability for the poor tire job. refused to admit it. flat out .. no way. so great mechanics. not so good at the tire thing. I'd still recommend them. maybe whoever answered the phone should try listening to the client and not be so darn defensive. sheesh.

First, I went without appointment to get fixed my slashed tire, and second time I took an appointment, to fix my oil tank'seal. 100 % recommended. Prices are reasonable.
