Since then, they have taken it down to one lane (opposed to two). Since the switch, I have attempted to go 3x, 2 of which were during normal business hours and cones were put up blocking the lanes indicating they were closed. Why? No idea. The one time it was open since the switch and I have gone it was INCREDIBLY SLOW (literally takes 20+ minutes to get a car wash), and they did not even use the brush on the front or back up my car as they previously have. I have tried reaching out twice via email and twice via phone over the past two weeks and have gotten zero responses back. At this point, this place now sucks, and I just want my membership cancelled but can't seem to get through to any real being to do so.
