Service is worthless! You better know the exact part number you want. Took me three trips to get the right serpentine belt. 1st guy charged me and gave me the wrong part number. 2nd trip next guy looked everything up and said here is the right one, failed to mention there were 2 options and it depended on your alternator. 3rd trip I did my own research and told them the exact part number to go pull from the shelf. Then they tell me they don't have it. Had to settle on piece of crap duralast option, but I verified it was the right part before I left. So sad what attention to detail has come to with customer service. read more
