He had no problem helping me figure out what's going on with my vehicle and was happy to assist. He didn't have any attitude or acted irritated but had a positive mindset and attitude. I came here for a simple purchase of fuel injection cleaner because it showed online it was on sale. I go inside and the shelf wasn't marked on sale so I asked for the weekly sales flyer. They acted as if they had never heard of a weekly sales flyer and one employee asked another then another. I showed them the stand where it usually is placed at the front door. They finally said they didn't have one. So I returned to my car and got my phone and showed them the sale price online . The person there said oh no that's online only you have to buy and pay online and then select store pick up. I then went back online and showed them the online weekly sales flyer for this store where the cleaner was clearly marked on sale for the same price . The young clerk just stared at me. I asked if he spoke English as he didn't seem to understand me. He finally asked if I knew where the item was located so I took him there and picked up two bottles. They finally sold it to me at the published sale price without having to order online etc. The training these people get must not be anything. Or maybe I just got someone on their first day. I ended up here for 20 minutes to buy two bottles of chevron fuel injection cleaner. read more

I needed Windshield wiper blade replacements so I was calling around. I spoke to Jonathan at AutoZone. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Told him I was going to call a competitor to check prices. He told me to come on down to Glenwood Avenue in Dalton Georgia. He'd do me right... Well I called the competitor, got placed on hold for a long period. I did get the information I needed. From there I went to AutoZone. Jonathan not only price matched, but gave me a better quality product than the competition. Then he installed the blades for me. He also checked the fuses in my car. After leaving the store I realized I had forgotten my receipt. Jonathan sent me a copy from his personal line. Now that's what I called dedication. I would highly recommend this young man. He is definitely an asset to the AutoZone brand. I highly recommend the service and products he provides. Go see him should the need arise! You'll be happy you did!
