This place is a joke... own a local shop... employees are rude and don't seem to care... went in to replace a "duralast GOLD" battery for a customer of mine, made 8/21 this is 10/22... NOPE, 6 month warranty on a $130 battery... what a joke! Bad parts, worse customer service... read more

My headlight bulbs needed to be changed and also did not know how to check my transmission oil. Jamie G. helped me with both. He even went above and beyond by helping me to replace the old bulbs for me. As for my transmission, I have a "sealed unit" in my car and the dealership has to check it and change it out. You guys really need to get your "stuff" together. You have two people on duty, both of whom are busy on the computers looking up stuff for customers. Meanwhile, you've got 3 customers in line waiting to purchase their items. Ten minutes later, you grab something and head out to the customers car. Still waiting. Then you finally finish with that customer, and call the next, who just happens to need you to spend more time looking up parts!. Finally, after nearly 15 minutes waiting, I'm next - but the phone rings.......... The person on the phone now gets first rate service for the next 3 minutes while I'm standing there like some schmuck! Too bad for me, I really needed what I was purchasing! Here's a suggestion to the geniuses on duty and at HQ - if you've got two people on duty, one only does checkouts and the other does the computer stuff, looking up parts. If there aren't any customers checking out, both can do the computer stuff BUT if a customer gets in line to check out, you tell the customer at the computer to wait just a moment! Horrendous experience at AutoZone. I WILL NOT be back! read more

Service at a snails pace, employees knew little about many of the products on the floor. Plenty of employees, few customers, it was still hard to find help to ring up my three items. Which is amazing when other options are available within a couple of blocks. read more

The service is really bad here. It needs a new manager. A lot of these guys don't know what they are doing. They are very rude, too.

They may have car parts but their employees are GOOD FOR NOTHING. My headlight bulb went out on a rainy night and I asked the parts manager if he or anyone that worked there could help me out. He said that my Mazda may be "too complicated and time consuming to do," which was the best answer to give while there wasn't a soul in the rest of the store other than a girl I assumed to be one of their girlfriends hanging around behind the register. One hesitant employee offered to try, but after looking at it for less than one minute said it'd be too hard. This particular store made me lose hope for Autozone. A headlight bulb. I'd hate to ask them about a major part of my vehicle. O'Reilly here I come! read more

Absolutely the rudest person working here. Gave me attitude for asking him to look up a wiper blade. Just told me "that's not the right one" that I was holding but wouldn't help me with the right one. Also wouldn't change my phone number in the computer so my special order went to a number that I couldn't be contacted at. It's close to home but I'll never shop there again! read more

This location is a complete joke. I went to buy a radar detector. I could've gone on Amazon and purchased one for 15 dollars cheaper but I needed one asap and was willing to pay the extra money. I take the card to the counter of the model that I wanted, employee goes towards the back, comes back 5 mins later and says he needs to get the keys from his manager since he left for the day and didn't leave them. I'm waiting a total of 40 mins and the entire time him and another employee are going back & forth about this being the key, or you're using the wrong key, call him again, I'm sure the key is the back somewhere. After all that nonsense and almost an hour of my time wasted, he approaches me and says that they can't get a hold of the manager and they can't sell me it because theres no way to get into the safe, meanwhile he's telling me this while he's laughing and making jokes with the other employee. Like if this was a laughing matter. Essentially because the employees here are complete morons and don't know how to run their store, I took my business online and waited the shipping time and bought it cheaper. The guys here don't know what they're doing, they're too old, look like they're only there for free coffee and AC, better avoid this place at all costs. read more

Takes a while to get service but the guy behind me said it's always like that here. Great Autozone prices though. It's a bit tuff to get in and out of but the convenience is still there. Staff is knowledgeable so if you have questions, yes, even female employees know what's going on so don't knock it. read more

Got a bad battery at the shop, still under warranty, but it was raining when the car won't start anymore. Called the place, had to be bit harsh with them to get them to look at my car, (if it's not b/c we are 2girls not close to home in the rain we wouldn't have asked them to change the batteries :/ ) you know the usual, ask for refund then ask for the manager. After the rain got smaller. Unwillingly, but they still did it. So still thankful, at least we are safe. read more

Other then the service being pretty lame.... they are very knowledgeable on car parts. If you guys just work on customer service and acknowledging customers when they walk in and not keep them waiting will increase the business. As a manager in a similar department... great customer service is the main key to success read more

The staff barely speaks and no one greets you or even says, "hello". Even the manager ignores you. You also have to wait in lines ALL the time. I would rather go down street to another auto store then give this place my business. What happened to good simple customer service and manners? read more
