I've been using the store for quite some time and they've never disappointed, I needed a battery for my car and they had one in stock, Iam 56 and have Parkinson's disease and unable to use a lot of tools. HOLY SMOKES! I don't generally leave 1 star reviews but this place is out of control awful! I went in to pick up some Lucas fuel injection cleaner. I like to throw a bottle in the tank once every 6 months, I also was picking up some other fluids due to good sales. Well the place was busy today. I saw three workers and customers in three uniformed lines. I chose a line, waited in line five minutes only to get to front and be told I was in wrong line by the part guy, so now I need to wait In line again for ten more minutes !! Huh? WTF !! Well then when I get to front of line I had got the wrong transmission fluid(my bad). The part guy offered to fetch it, well then the cashier took the guy behind me while he was a fetching, he was back in less then 45 seconds. Well then she, the cashier then ran out of change, which resulted in yep you guessed it another 5 minute delay....Omg I am a patient woman usually but really? Come on now..The cashier a woman was rude, unprofessional and seriously lacking customer service skills. I shall never go here again..ridiculous! Complete lack of an attempt to even try to sell me parts. Pulled an engine code for me, the guy at the desk printed a sheet off, handed it to me, said "have a nice day," then picked up the phone to talk to a customer instead of offering to sell me parts to fix my vehicle. Definitely going to another store to buy my parts. read more
