Went to this location to see if they had a belt to fit my lawn edger. The manager, Elizabeth took the time to help try to "match" as well as showing a new employee how to do this when the situation came up. I received great service and was pleased to see how the manager took the opportunity to train her employee. And even though they did not have the belt needed, she scanned other nearby locations to see if they did. She also gave me the belt ID number if I needed to go Lowe's or search online. Shitty service. Waited 5 minutes while employees chatted with their friends. Never once was acknowledged that I was there. When they finally got their heads out of their asses and opened up a register, they let their buddy cut in front of me in line. I walked out at that point and will take my money for car parts elsewhere. read more
