Avoid at all costs. I went there to get a refurbed engine. Long story short it took THREE engines…read morebefore they got it right. I ended up in the middle of an argument between them, & my mechanic each blaming the other one for whose fault it was, with Van Horn's saying the mechanic ruined the engine/didn't put it in right, & the mechanic saying that the engine couldn't have failed if it was refurbed correctly. A replacement was done, but this time Van Horn insisted they do it themselves & bypass my mechanic. THAT engine didn't run correctly, so a 3rd was pulled from another car, refurbished, & then installed into my car by their mechs. They couldn't blame my mechanic after the 2nd engine which meant that they very closely took their time on the 3rd engine since they had already used that excuse. After 3-4 weeks I finally had a working vehicle. If they had just listened to my mechanic in the 1st place all of that could have been avoided.

The guy " Antonio " Was extremely rude and told me since its used he cannot return it...Hmmm Used just purchased it and it was not used other than putting it in my truck to measure it...Saw it was wrong and brought it back with Receipt in hand....Well he absolutely would not exchange it for the correct size...Well Gave him a pc of my mind and continued to the Callaway Branch...Now there was absolutely no problem...They took care of it , Not a single question. what so ever...Very nice, the Manager even helped me change the Ball.. but it cost me a Ride to calliway at 7:30 Am in Traffic. 1.5 hours of my morning Gone, Now was late to my Jobsite with men waiting on me.... Well someone " Antonio " needs some training...I will never go into the Lynn haven Branch again...Never.

Anyways, I talked to Brandon and he looked it up on his phone. Found the correct part # and found out that they nor any other stores had one. He said he could get it here tomorrow around 3:30pm . I was going to call around and see if there was one here in Panama City today , but Brandon went the extra mile to sell me a part thats under 10 bucks. I appreciate that. I also offered to pay for it so that they would know I'm serious and he said I was okay and just to pay for it when I get there tomorrow. I tried to offer my name and number but he said it was already in the caller ID. I thought that it was very nice to be trusted now days the way things are going these days
