I call the warranty company and they tell me the car has NO extended warranty! I call Empire Auto and they tell me they NEVER mentioned a warranty - even though I have photo evidence! Do your research - this dealership has a history of shady business practices including modifying the odometer on cars. STAY AWAY!

I bought a car from this dealership. Paid over $21,000 cash. The day we went to pick it up, the…read moredealer said "Oh the check engine light is on, no big deal, bring it back if it doesn't go off." Five weeks later we've been in and out of the dealership. Having to do this with three kids (including a newborn baby) and move around three carseats has been ridiculous. We've received conflicting information. Had to practically twist their arms to get rides home so that I (who had just had a baby four days previously) didn't have to pick up my husband at one of the drop-offs to get the car serviced. It's clear they don't care. I'll update this review to let you know how/IF it gets resolved but we've hired a lawyer and are considering legal action. There are no lemon laws in Canada like there are in the US but this no excuse. What happened to business ethics?

I went here looking to see if they could match any of the advertised deals I found in the…read morenewspaper. I was told that all the deals listed in the newspaper were bait and switch ads and that it was not possible that the other dealers had these deals or that they would not have any inventory. They could not come close to matching the advisement as it was impossible. We checked the dealers listed on the advertisement and found that they had plenty of stock and we actually negotiated a lot lower than the advertised priced. Excellence Dodge looks new and clean and the sales people are nice, but it feels fake. It feels like they are talking down to you with a smile. They claim to be the biggest Chrysler dealing in Quebec, but they had no stock and we found they will say anything to sell you a car. It is hard to trust anything they say as truth. Make sure you check more than just one place. Other dealers have specials on their cars at different times of the year, but never here. Also, leasing a car is only possible for business clients, which is where they probably get most of their business from.
