I've been Dr. Siciliano's patient since 2013, she has been a wonderful Dr. Great with follow-up appointments and always taking the time to answer my questions regarding medications and general questions on how to improve my health and life wellness. Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn. read more

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Micallef and Dr. Siciliano for many years and they are both caring, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Words can't express how wonderful they are and how terrific they have treated us. Their nurses and office staff are also terrific. Want an urgent appointment or talk to a nurse? You got it. If you prefer, they also provide a "patient portal" where you can email the doctor or nurse, read your test results, request Rx refills and get a history of your visits. Worse office ever!!!! Especially one in particular. office is not compassionate, terrible with their notes, unresponsive when messages are left, don't understand their own follow up instructions. I am a 60 old woman with RA and came in today for Bronchitis. Dr Bacci is who I saw. I asked for a codeine cough medicine which I have had many time in my life when needed. I never even had to ask because the dr would offer it so I could sleep and rest and helped in my recovery. I coughed all night long last night and did not want to do that again, however, she would not offer that. She made me feel like I am a drug addict, I cried all the way home. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a dr office in my whole life. Bad Doctor. I will never go to her again. I understand that there is an Opioid problem in this country but there are patients like me that on occasion need medicine for pain or a cough, isn't that what they are designed for?! but now because of others we must suffer. This place is the worst. I'm mad at myself for going here as long as I did. The Doctors are never in. They always have practitioners filling in for them. The nurses are great but the front desk always makes you feel like you're a nuisance for being there. Seems like this place is more worried about closing as soon as they open and making sure they stop taking patients so they get their lunch hour on time. I've started with this practice for my primary care medical needs about 4 years ago. Every time I needed a sick visit I was always accommodated the same day. One day I was seen by Deatte Gettinger APN and It was the best experience I had with an APN. She was very thorough and had an amazing bedside manner. It's just not myself, my children also see her for their medical needs. We trust her with our medical needs whole heartily. At times I've seen other doctors within the practice and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The office is always very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I definitely recommend Wall Family Medical if you are looking for a new medical facility. read more

Patient there for ...OVER 25+ YEARS, went yesterday and saw Elaine Bacci, DO and asked for a PAIN KILLER refill, (need them for a FAILED BACK SURGERY, not refilled since 2013) was told WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE pain killers of any kind, (WHY WHERE YOU SENT TO SEE ME, SHE ASKS), news to me, I always gotten what I've needed for pain there, said I NOW need to see a pain specialist....then was told that they would NOT REFILL my prescription for sleeping pills, then was told I need a complete physical including blood work to get this prescription filled....FOR WHAT???? This PRACTICE was the tops but now, since the new DR'S TOOK OVER, what a MAJOR SLIDE DOWNHILL this has taken....TIME TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR..... read more

While the doctors are fine and it's understandable that there would be long wait times at a walk in facility; the office is staff is downright nasty. They are miserable people who obviously hate their jobs. They talk freely about patients after they walk away in front of other patients. One woman even cursed while talking to one of the other staff in front of a child! I liked the doctor I saw there but doubt I will return to deal with those horrible women behind the desk. read more

I went here for years simply because of their hours. It's a walk in facility which is very convenient because you never know when you are going to get sick. I had so many terrible experiences here, I would rather admit myself into the hospital before going back. The female doctor here was the only one who took her time to listen to my symptoms ONLY AFTER I was misdiagnosed with a serious illness TWICE. This is the type of facility that takes your money and throws medicine at you. The staff is terrible. On multiple occasions I heard them speaking negatively about patients in the open. They have no regard for manor, especially the receptionists. Just to note I'm not one for reviews. But after the last time I went there I'm going to every single customer review site and warning anyone who goes to this place. If you have more than a cold, go somewhere else. If you want to be treated with decency and respect from a receptionist, go somewhere else. read more

This only gets one star because you have to give it something to write a review. ZERO stars is appropriate. I have been a patient here for over 15 years. The current front desk staff is actually an improvement from recent years, but that is the only improvement. Ever since the new doctors came on, the place is a nightmare. I can't comment on the new doctors, because I can't even see a real doctor. Anytime I go to the office, which is exactly twice since July, the doc on staff does not accept my insurance. I'm forced to see the NP. I have seen the nurse practitioner, who is condescending, abrupt and cold, twice now. She alone is the reason I will never go back. I've never felt more awkward or uncomfortable in a doctors office before. If I didn't feel like absolute shite today, I would have told her that she is a condescending biatch. I don't know where her snotty attitude comes from, but she needs to check it at the door and remember that she is supposed to make patients feel better as opposed to worse. I actually had anxiety before I got there, worrying I'd have to see her again. Outside of that, as soon as you walk in the door, you are bombarded with negative signs....turn off your phone...sign in at that window....sign in here to be seen at 1pm (because the entire office shuts down for one hour for lunch)....why they don' t just take turns and keep the office staffed is beyond me. Talk about a giant inconvenience for sick people. The sign on the way out is classic, "please hold door so it does not slam", or something along those lines. If you are desperate and want mediocre care, this is your place. If you want a real doctor with actual time to review your records and patience to answer questions, beat it on down the line and go somewhere else. read more

This place has fallen into ruins. The last two times I have been here I have been overcharged by the staff behind the desk TWICE. They seem more interested in what they will be ordering for lunch than their patients. You can't even see a doctor anymore. Just a completely overworked physician's assistant. Her manner towards me on my last visit was the final nail in the coffin. I requested a physical written prescription to take to my pharmacy as their computerized system SUCKS! (It takes hours to go through. When you are sick, don't you just want to fill it quickly and go?) You would have thought I asked for the moon. I had to argue to get it. read more

This has been my family dr for 20 +years. The front staff needs training on how to speak to people! Arguing with clients. You do realize we choose which dr we want to see... There are plenty of doctors in other buildings. And the waiting room is a little light these days... If you are looking for a doctor, I suggest elsewhere! The absolute WORST doctors office I have ever been to, almost exclusively because of their nurses and front desk staff. Extremely rude and not helpful at all. They have no desire to help patients in the least and do not feign interest either. The doctors are never able to be reached and barely touch you/look at you. Our family doctor from there couldn't even look my sister in the eye during an exam. HORRIBLE FACILITY! I would recommend running in the other direction or just dealing with the illness before ever trying to get help from them. read more

My son and I have been patients for 2-3 years. I was very impressed when his doctor called ahead to the infectious disease specialist she referred him too. She also kept close tabs on him during treatment over a period of months. Because it's a walk-in facility with limited hours, it's tough for a working person to get there. Waits can be long (typical of any walk-in facility) but my son was given follow-up appointments. The staff has been very professional and friendly. Evening hours and more doctors on staff would greatly improve the office, but I've been very happy overall. read more

I got there at 335pm and was rudely turned away.  I get the it's a walk in facility, so the wait can get very long.  But the lobby wasn't mobbed on this particular day.  In any case, customer service would go a long way.  It's not the first time I've felt like they mistreated their customers.  The front desk staff is rude to say the least.  If you have a choice, and I suspect you do, go somewhere else. read more

If I could give zero stars for this office I would. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. On one occasion my mother and I had to bring my father in when he was ill and the doctor was so unbelievably condescending to him. My mother and I were shocked at the way the doctor spoke to my father when he was asking the doctor questions. I even saw the doctor roll his eyes at one point. On another occasion I went in and they said I could only see a nurse practitioner. Two hours later when she finally got to me, she had the worst attitude and told me she didn't normally deal with the issue I was coming in for... Which was strange because they had treated me there before for this common issue. She then made me feel so embarrassed and like I was annoying her by just being there. That was the last straw for me. It's your job to treat patients, not belittle them. My family and I will no longer be going here for health care. read more

Went in today for a sinus infection and I have been going to WFM for at least seven years. I have recently been put on new allergy meds since my allergist decided to order blood work that WFM never ordered. I get a sinus infection at least four or so times a year and I'm allergic to 90 percent of potential medication. I gave Vitale a pass, he should have looked into this a long time ago but whatever. Now Vitale and Delucca got busted for bribery and my first trip back to WFM, I was told I was not sick enough to get anything other than a Zpack. Seriously, that is similar to childrens' Tylenol. Since taking my new allergy meds - I am not nasally infected. Ergo, no medicine. I must wait until it becomes a worse infection. I have a immunity disorder that does not protect against the bacteria that causes a sinus infection, ear infections, pneumonia etc (all the same main bacteria), so I won't get better it will just progress into something worse than a sinus infection. When I told the Nurse Practitioner I didn't want it - she said its a Z pack or nothing. So I feel terrible, waited an hour and a half before being seen - to get nothing. A waste of time and money.. I would rather go back to the allergist for a halfway decent medication and I will never go back to Wall Family Medical. read more
