The crew was quick, efficient and courteous. They ran into several problems that I expected an up-charge for, but they stayed to the original estimate. Fast forward a few months. The afternoon before Thanksgiving the workers putting on my new siding managed to disconnect the vent/supply tube for our NG tankless water heater. Fixing it was a 2 man job, one inside and one outside. At 68 years old I was not able to do it. Almost in a panic I called AH&A and told the lady my problem.
