So how can a pill I took 10 months ago give my heart a QT now? She never even mentioned it and I had no idea until I went to pick up my medications and that she even made these alterations. Yet the pharmacy won't bill them and still insist I need to pay $730. No one in pharmacy or appeals is retuning my messages. I only get rude emails saying that it's not covered. I will continue to take it- but I want someone to explain to me how some managers say it is covered and some pharmacists say it's not! Why do I pay for insurance if Kaiser won't honor it?

They recently moved away from the more universal Mychart and implemented their own version. What a nightmare that has been. They lost records and I can't even work with them. I decided to start using a private lab because they offer substantialy more tests for significantly less money. Why should I be forced to use their lab? I assume they didn't like this because they absolutely refuse to load the results into their version of Mychart, despite me calling many times and providing them the results twice. I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Go anywhere else if you can. They are horrible.

Their lobby has been modernized with improved safety for employees with a glass wall between patients at reception, a multiple charging outlets for convenience while waiting. Though I must admit missing the painted nature mural. Service has always been considerate and timely once you get an appointment, though the availability is sometimes limited. Video appointments are available if requested. There's a Labcorp facility onsite in the event you need blood drawn or further tests. Ample street parking is available.

After being brow beatten and diagnosed for…read morea disease I don't have by an anesthesiologist at Salem Health's Comprehensive Pain Clinic I went to OHSU's Comprehensive Pain Center. The difference was astounding! A team of neurologists spent an hour and a half evaluating me and after many tests they diagnosed a severe neurological disorder and referred me to another specialty for another diagnosis of a painfully debilitating disease. Several procedures were performed by anesthesiologists under the direction of my neurologist with good results and a pain management plan involving multiple disciplines was developed. Salem Health should be ashamed of their clinic and the two anesthesiologists that run it. They have no business treating patients who are at their most vulnerable. A doctor that walks in a room and makes a diagnosis after looking at one page of the new patient forms is an incompetent at best. In my case the doctor at Salem Health spent 16 minutes with me and verbally battered me for disagreeing with his instantaneous diagnosis while sneering and ridiculing me. A year later I learned that he had falsified my chart notes by including results of a physical exam he didn't perform. He portrayed me poorly and it was a factor in the denial of my disability insurance. Then the clinic hid his chart notes when I repeatedly requested my records. For weeks they insisted that the only document in my file was the signed release but they finally provided them. When I tried to have my medical record amended Salem Health refused and backed their joke of a doctor. I was awarded disability benefits on appeal and because of the diagnoses and care I received at OHSU I'm doing better but the whole experience with Salem Health has left a bad taste in my mouth. No institution should hire and back such incompetence and no doctor or institution should have that much power.

The staff, nurses, and physicians during my visit were so incredibly attentive, empathetic, and helpful. The service was truly unparalleled by any similar clinic that I have ever been to. Additionally, their pricing for out-of-pocket patients is reasonable, which rarely exists in the medical field at all in America. ZoomCare, a local competitor, charges at least twice as much for subpar care. If you're in need of urgent care, this is the place to receive it. Truly a five-star experience.

The long-term care industry typically experiences a great deal of turnover, given the nature of the business, but once the upper management stabilized, there was more consistency with regard to staffing and care. We couldn't have been happier. My mom loved living there, she loved her apartment, she loved the staff, and she enjoyed all of the activities that kept her busy. My one suggestion is that the corporate dietitian be more involved in overseeing that the food is prepared and presented well. I witnessed over the past 1 1/2 years multiple resident complaints about the food. So this is an area I feel that could use some work. But overall, it was a great place for my mom, and feel blessed that Bonaventure was her home towards the end of her life.
