1-Star Review: Horrible Customer Service and Persistent Billing Errors
I cannot express my frustration enough with Avaya Financial Services. After taking over a business and discovering we were paying for a service that had been inactive for over two years, we decided to do a complete buyout. We paid over $700 to close out the account and sever all ties.
The nightmare began immediately after. Despite our successful buyout, we started receiving monthly invoices and were relentlessly hounded for payment. Each time I called customer service, I was told the same thing: "It's an error on our end, your account is closed and you owe nothing." Yet, the invoices and collection calls never stopped. This company is a disorganized mess that seems to have no communication between its departments. We paid what they asked to resolve the issue, only for them to continue harassing us. This is, without a doubt, one of the most incompetent and frustrating experiences I have ever had with a financial services company. read more
