The wine department is also interesting, with prices that remain affordable. The personnel is always polite and happy to help.

My last visit was in 2011, and I've missed the chocolate for the past 15 years. As such, I was pleased when a recent flight to Bosnia had a prolonged layover in Zurich. As luck would have it, this massive Migros is built into Zurich's airport. I was able to easily pop in to grab some souvenirs and four big ole bars of chocolate. Thrilled is an understatement. I ate one of the bars on my trip and brought the other three back to the States. I know I can't nurse them for toooo too long as they'll start to discolor, but I'm so excited to have some for the time being!

My husband loves their rotisserie chicken, I enjoyed their chicken wings, egg rolls and spinach salad. Note: they charge you extra if you get extra sauces as well as those packaged spoons/forks. For each hot food, you are entitled to one packet of sauce. I suggest you get the spoons/forks/knives from the dispenser against the wall (by the door). When buying fruits, you need to weigh them first and get that piece of paper with the barcode.
Give me white asparagus!
Need some cherries?
I guess I'll come back Monday!

I was torn when I thought of how to rate this hotel. It is my second time here in two years and our…read morecompany rents rooms and we have about 25 people who partook of the restaurant. The rooms are of quality and the food is good. But, the service was absolutely deplorable from a good portion of the staff. There were a couple who were great but it really felt that most did not want us there. I watched a breakfast cook yell at a Customer who was trying to order an omelette on Sunday morning and he literally threw the eggs on the mans plate. From a personal standpoint, it was rare, if ever, that I had anything close to prompt or happy service. If this was an isolated experience I would not hesitate to give this hotel a second chance. But it's twice now in two years and we spent thousands of Francs here. I'm sorry but if you travel, I would not recommend this hotel.
