He explained why it wasn't the breaker and that it was the wall outlet instead. Everything was good to go after wall outlet was replaced. I would say that it's was higher price than I expected ($350). He also gave me a quote to upgrade the panel basically replacing all the breakers and cleaning everything out not a bad price for all that they were going to do.

Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different.
