I was up here as part of a weekend getaway in the Tremblant area, and we decided to go quadding one afternoon up in Labelle. One of the other guys had found this place, and led the way up into absolutely gorgeous countryside. It's not exactly easy to find, but once you get to Aventure Quatre Saisons you'll be at what looks like an old railway station, with AQS on one side and a cute little bar/restaurant on the other that has outdoor patio seating in the summertime.
We filled out all our liability paperwork, were provided helmets, and given a comprehensive training session on how the quads operate. The drive into the backcountry was absolutely stunning, with our trail leader taking us onto small rocky trails in and out of water and through forested paths. Throughout the run, he kept watch on all of us to ensure that nobody was either lagging behind or experiencing any mechanical issues. After about half an hour, he pulled us over for a water/photo break and we all wore matching ear-to-ear grins. Later in the day, one of our machines ended up having a mechanical issue, which our guide assured us wasn't entirely unheard of given the rocks and debris which could be found on the trail, and helped us buddy up and carry the additional passengers in the remaining quads.
I am looking forward to booking a return trip up here in the wintertime, as AQS has snowmobiles (and now, thanks to the other Yelp review here, I learned that they have dog-sledding as well!). The country that the guides will take you through I'm sure is even more beautiful in the winter. read more
