AVOID They called me just before my appointment (two needed extractions) and stated they needed to cancel...no available appointments for a month. So I went to another dentist, and needed MY X-rays that I paid for sent over (x rays taken 3 weeks prior and paid for same day). Bonner Clinic refused to send them over stating they were never paid for...despite my receipt. I ended up paying my new dentist for the same X-rays again. First time and it was an emergency! I had an infected wisdom tooth I had neglected far too long and it was giving me much pain! I just moved to Saint John from Toronto and had some bad experiences with dentists back home that are judgmental and would nag and make me feel bad about not coming in more often. The entire team was very understanding and compassionate and they did the procedure on the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They did not make me feel in any way bad about it and I feel I was treated the same as any other customer. Back home I was quoted more than double and they wanted to sent me to a specialist that I had to wait months for! I'm really happy I picked this clinic and I'm actually looking forward to going back in the new year to stay on top of my dental needs.
