When I first moved here in September 2023, the experience was pleasant. The staff was responsive, the community felt clean, and I had no major issues. But as the property filled up, the management's priorities shifted and not in a good way. Now, the focus seems to be on enforcing low-effort, high-cost policies like towing residents' guests with LITTLE TO NO communication, rather than addressing actual issues that affect daily life--pests (including bee and wasp nests), trash piling up, dog feces in hallways, unclean shared amenities like pool grills, and pet urine in elevators. It's frustrating to see so much effort spent on policies that feel more like revenue grabs than meaningful community standards. Instead of maintaining cleanliness or enforcing trash rules, they focus on punishing parking violations--without warning--leaving residents stuck with the cost. When I was towed, I couldn't afford the fee, and when I asked for help, I was met with a vague, dismissive response. Instead of taking accountability for their faults or shortcomings, the management just repeats vague policy language and has a "that's just the way it is here" type of demeanor. It's disheartening and makes residents feel overlooked. If you're expecting to be accommodated, cared for, or have extenuating circumstances considered--trust me, the leasing office does NOT care. You'll most likely be dismissed with a generic, impersonal message. If you're still considering moving here, make sure to get hard copies of every policy and your full lease up front. DO NOT rely on the resident portal (which is never consistent) or email updates -- because when enforcement happens and you need to reference it, you won't have access to it. At one point, I loved living here. But the lack of compassion, inconsistent enforcement, and disregard for resident experience have made it a place I no longer feel good about calling home.

Another major plus is the location; there are a number of local restaurants within walking distance as well as a couple of grocery stores, a liquor store, and other wonderful conveniences. They care more about WHO is renting than the upkeep of the complex itself. Allowing paneling on buildings to consistently stay torn and ripped off, not fixing AC in common areas for months, regulating how much trash and what trash renters are allowed to throw out(but only after they've had half of the trash cans on property removed), regulating the use of cameras, regulating if when and how long renters can have a guest over, regulating when and how long renters can use common areas such as the pool and gym, regulating what renters are allowed to keep on balconies/patios, and for some weird reason they want to try to regulate what renters are wearing.....they keep the office doors locked and majority of the time refuse to open the door when you knock. They very rarely answer the phones. If you have an emergency good luck gettin in contact with someone.. the office is constantly calling tow companies to come remove cars.... I watched a women back into a parking spot so she could take in her groceries, and the moment she went inside a tow truck was trying to take the car...people are constantly walking around in the middle of the night looking into cars and checking car doors, my neighbor just the other night heard someone screaming and banging on their door at 2am, their children were terrified. 10/10 would never recommend this complex. Ever. The old management was kind and caring towards renters. They used to care about he well-being of the people in this community. Since going under new management these new owners only goal is to make more money. I've heard the women in the office speak on how they wish all the low income renters would just leave just so they could charge more... they took this place from being a loving and welcoming community to one that gossips, talks down on and actively tries making the lives those less fortunate more difficult for no reason.

We have lived all over the world and this place takes challenges to a new level. Let's start by saying that we have never had a single complaint against us, never a single late payment, etc. Here, we were forced to either change apartments or move out because management couldn't resolve our situation that kept us with little to no sleep for two months due to a combination of a neighbor that was up all night and a building with paper thin walls and floors all together. Imagine living in a place where you can hear every noise and movement from your neighbors. Forget the right to "quiet enjoyment" afforded to you by the law. It simply doesn't exist here. Add to this a management team that is incapable of handling the situation and when they cannot, you become the target of their focus and they place all the burden on you to resolve the situation at your cost. Disregard children in their school, your work. Any cost of any type that impacts you (emotional, financial, mental, etc...) Add to this, there was an alarm going off for one month in the lobby every night from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day for an entire month. Their response, "we are waiting on a part...". Go figure that this is ok with them, again at the resident's expense. This place is focused on shareholder return, occupation rates, bottom line revenue, and hiding reality. The office simply never answers the phone. If you want something, you will need to go to the office during business hours and hope you are lucky getting resolution. We hear that there are over 30 units currently available. You wonder why people are leaving in swarms. It is a common poolside topic of conversation. Take a look at the grass next to the pool, directly in front of the office, etc. It is horrendous. Did we mention the bear running across the parking lot. Did people get warned about leaving food out in their cars? They are hungry. Let's see when somebody gets home one night with a bear looking for food... Renter beware! Go elsewhere. You will pay premium price and get a subpar product!
