People are clients because they are going through a hard time. It's really bad how they treat their clients. Rush sounds nice, but again there's no follow through and his ladies are very hard to work with.

One of their attorneys has since passed away, and now they claim to have no record of the lien or the payment--yet I'm the one left to clean up their mess while trying to sell my property. Instead of taking responsibility, they pass the burden onto the victim, forcing me to hire another attorney to resolve their incompetence.
