I had…read morenot had the benefit of good dentistry for a long, long, time, frankly because it didn't exist where I was living. After my initial exam, Dr. Petroff sat down with me and as gently as she could, gave me all the bad news. I was in shock but she told me we would start with the worst things and move on from there. She also said she would work wirh me on the financial aspect of all this bad news. Because I had no dental insurance she worked out a payment schedule I could manage which was great. Dr. Petroff and her amazing staff are the best that could have happened to me! 13 years later, my teeth ar SOOOO much better! A lot has been done but i have had complete trust in Dr. Petroff and she has never let me down. When my Mom was still alive, Dr. P could see that she had some dental issues but my Mom was 85 at the time so i worried about what should be done. I needn't have worried. Dr. P made a dental plan and then did her best to repare her existing dental work as much as possible to keep th price down for her but still provided the best care possible. She was so kind and gentle to Mom. She made her feel special. I would advise anyone who is taking care of an elderly relative, to bring them to Dr.P. She is also amazing with children! She has what I call the Amazing Dream Team to back her up. Denise at the front desk can work out any scheduling problem and she has the most incredible smile! Georgi is the most amazing hygenist I've ever been too. The rest of the Dream Team are truly the best, most caring people you could find in any dental office. I could not possibly recommend Dr. Petroff's Office more highly. For me, she and her Dream Team have made all the difference! They literally saved my smile.

The last…read moretime I showed up for my annual exam it was the dentist first day and she just decided not to show up that day so it was a complete waste of my time. They had a hygienist and a receptionist and that was it running the whole office. Now I have an appointment and I've been sitting here 50 minutes after I was supposed to be seen at 11 o'clock in the morning and still have not been called back. Contrary to popular belief people have lives and when we set an appointment time, that's when we expect to be seen or shortly thereafter you can keep this place. I'm done.

The back tooth had been over filled into my sinus cavity causing issues for years that no one could figure out. Due to this situation, I ended up not only having to get that tooth removed by a specialist, but also having to get sinus surgery due to the damage caused by this situation. I'm still on the mends after almost a year, but assume the healing process may take time since I have been dealing with this for over 10-years. Not knowing else, I had them all treated here. 4 of the fillings fell out just by flossing teeth normally. I ended up going to a new dentist. Essentially all of the fillings were not prepared correctly, some had cavities under them already after only months. The crown needs redone already. Cost a fortune to fix and now im left with sensitive teeth and messed up tooth gaps. If you ever just want dentures and to have your teeth ripped out go here, otherwise I'd recommend elsewhere.

I gave it a 4 star rating for a recent horrible experience I had with one of the dental assistant,,,she was rough with me, hurt my mouth, pinched my lip, gagged me with water when I had a casting in my mouth for a crown. She left the casting in my mouth a little too long, where she was forcefully prying my stuck mouth open. Once she had the temporary crown made,,,she tried to put it in my mouth & the crown kept falling out. She had to start all over again. Second time with the casting in my mouth, she was manipulating my jaw to get my bite correct for the mold,,,,she was NOT gentle at all,,,she hurt me again....after the second time, I got up out of the chair & told her, she doesn't have to be so rough & told her I had enough & walked out of the dental room to the receptionist area. I was so shaken up about the situation I just wanted to go home. Dr. Ling came out & helped to calm me down. Dr. Ling complete the work in my mouth so I could finally leave. I have to return on Nov 13, 2023, I have to get my permanent crown complete........ I am feeling uneasy about it. I have to make a hard decision if I want to continue to go here due to one bad apple.
