They got us through a difficult time as painlessly as possible. The payment plan is very generous.

I would avoid this attorney. I hired him during a guardianship hearing, and I basically went…read morethrough 2 hearings and then when we completed our last hearing, we discussed committing to a full trial in the guardianship matter. For 2 months I attempted contact with him and never got a response back. It wasn't until I sent a stern email to him that I go a reply back stating he had moved out of state to Arizona, and I needed to find another attorney. I had a zoom meeting with him, and he basically told me he had no fiduciary duty to me even though he never told me he was closing his office and moving out of state. If he goes to work for another firm in AZ or opens his own office do not become involved with this person. Jeff B.

Communication is terrible…read more Paid the retainer and.... crickets. Had to contact them to set up the initial meeting after a week or more. Then the person sent a bad zoom link and, after that didn't work, agreed to a phone meeting. Very few questions or details were gathered and the initial court filed paperwork didn't have my correct county, even though I sent it in. No updates were given freely in the process, I had to ask what was going on or the next steps were. I told them I felt like I was in the dark and still felt like they did not care. The bills come easily though. Generic dates are given without details. It looks like they bill by the minute to read a message sent by me, even though I just ask for an update or next steps. I don't always get an update. If I communicated this way in my office job, or took so long to respond, I may not have a job for long. I would hope that an attorney's office has higher standards. A second "meeting" I asked for just to find out what was going on and the zoom doesn't work. 20 minutes after the meeting was set, I got a phone call apology and offer to phone meet. So many unanswered questions, but billed for my time. Now the retainer is used up and I got another bill. I have exactly two, single page, court filings. The filing went unanswered from the other party so no response involved. There were details that should have been included in the second filing but I I wasn't asked about it and because nothing is communicated or explained, I didn't realize until after the filing that they needed that info. I feel like they aren't interested in details or my case personally. I have no idea if they are looking out for me or what my family needs because I am totally in the dark about what they are doing. Two phone meetings that were short, late, and left questions. (Meetings set by me because they never asked to talk to me after retainer was paid) Four unanswered emails since March, and this is June. Very little guidance, direction or communication from this office. They have a nice online portal you can login to and see all your unanswered questions though. The billing and payments are easy. They are very good at that, although the invoices need more detail considering I have next to no idea what the office doing... because they don't communicate. I got another non-itemized bill but no response to my outstanding questions. Is the filing even correct? I have no idea. I would not recommend this office, even to the person I am even fighting against. I am so disheartened and completely lost. I have updated my review from two stars to one star because this has gone on even longer and become worse.

It was apparent, even then, that he is very knowledgeable & wanted the best for us & for our desires to be documented. He then drafted our living trust & wills. I was surprised at how easy it was! When we came into the office for final signing, all documentation was laid out for us in a very easy & clear fashion. He did all of the heavy lifting for us and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering their trust or estate planning.

We just needed to assure all the verbiage is correct for our new state and county of where we have retired to and so I reached out to Jeppesen Law. He did not even ask me about what needed to be done it was a straight up $1850 regardless just for his time. Knowing what his time is worth I am surprised he did not charge me to respond. I am sorry but when we initially had this created I can see it costing that much but we only needed some verbiage updates done and now that we are retired we are on a fixed income so this is a lot of money to us and to pay someone more than what we paid to have it created, only to have it updated. No thank you. Hubby and I will never know if he was good or not because we cannot even afford a consultation.
