His receptionist said he was in and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment or not. I was unsure if he had looked over my request so I said "Phone consultation is probably a good start." I was placed on hold in a three-way teleconference. Dennis picked up and said "Hello." I greeted him cheerfully and asked if he had looked over my request.
