I truly dislike my decision living here and the only reason is I needed to downsize then my parents needed something convenient. I've been here 2 years (why I haven't moved because of affordability) and almost every day has been an issue. I know we live next to Langley Park and you might consider that the hood, but there should be some sort of living standards that major apartment property has. The neighbors can be heard through the walls since they are so thin. Loud music everyday, upstairs sounds like they wears boots all day and night (up to 2-3am EVERYDAY), and even normal TV noise you can hear. OMG let's also not talk about how I live in the second-floor apartment and have not yet had the lock prevention thing put on my windows. That's against the law since I have a young child. Now let's talk about how there's fake cameras to give you a sense of security and a RoboCop that drives around one time, but my airbag got stolen twice and my tires all four of them by the way got stolen. But the apartment complex don't care because it happens so they washed your hands and don't care. On top of me paying $75 a month to park my car in front of my house, I can't even park there because the lines are not drawn so my neighbors park over the line and my car can't fit in. But I've been complaining and not one email back yet. I've complained and complain and complain and not one email back. So what I do is I'm going to write a review and every apartment reviews that I can. Because I'm gonna show them how shitty they are. If I could give lower then a one star review I would. I am currently looking through the legal routes of getting out my lease. I absolutely cannot stay here for another week let alone another 7 months. The mouse infestation is insane. I have caught 19+ mice AND COUNTING in the last 4 days alone. There are holes EVERYWHERE. Especially in the closets. I have spent over $200 on mice traps and that still isn't enough. It has gotten so bad that we've caught a mouse on the trap, walked away and there was ANOTHER mouse. Then we got rid of them and there was a THIRD mouse (PICTURES BELOW). I haven't even got into the rat problem right outside of the apartment. You can't even go outside at night without seeing multiple rats in the parking lot and on the tires of cars. During my SECOND month here there was an animal trapped in the wall for a week and NOBODY did anything about it. You could hear it running around and scratching the wall all day especially at night (I added the video of it). When it finally stopped on the second week (probably died), the leasing office finally called a contractor and they told me they can't open up the wall anyway. When I first moved in I called maintenance because my dryer was not drying my clothes at all. Come To find out there a bird's nest in the hvac unit pipes that connects to the dryer. Maintenance tools me they don't have the capabilities of removing it and that's I would need a contractor. After two months it gets removed and they finally decide to do something about the hole on the preside of the apartment. The funny thing is the DRYER STILL DOESN'T DRY PROPERLY! As I am currently writing this, I am getting rid of an infestation of earwigs in the master bedroom I've had for over 3weeks now. The exterminator has been here many times and I am still seeing an influx of them every night to the point i can't even sleep. The roaches are a re-occurring thing each week and the cracks in the apt are not covered up before you move in. I had to personally go to Home Depot and fill certain holes and cracks in the apt. I even had to buy Home defense to keep the roaches at bay each week. secondly, I came home May 21,2022 @12:35am to whole 2nd floor filled with smoke and no one's smoke alarm was going off. Had to manually pull the fire alarm to alert everyone and get them out of the apts due to a huge fire in a tenants apt. None of the apts have sprinklers in them or in the hallway as well. It wasn't until that Saturday evening that a tenant had to call the office and complain about the smoke detectors not working and they came and gave us all brand new ones on that Tuesday. I STRONGLY BELIEVE IF I DIDNT COME HOME THAT NIGHT WE ALL WOULD BE WITHOUT A HOME. Overall, I am not pleased with this Morgan Properties since I came from one previously back in Baltimore that didn't have its tenants pay for visitor parking, washer machines smaller & no ice tray in the fridge. N.B On the 17th of December morning, cars could not exit the complex as there was black ice every so they were sliding, the did not salt the road nor the walkway. Many did not make it to work, others were hours late. I had to call an Uber, walk down the road while sliding in my shoes. 1. They lied and said the apartment was vacant but not ready so we saw a demo and after we put a deposit down then all of a sudden the person hasn't moved out yet, we only got to see the apartment 6 hours before move in day. 2. The apartment was still dirty, I had to clean it myself even after they claimed to have cleaned it, there is a disgusting smell in the cabinet under the sink and I called in to report it but nothing was done. 3. There are roaches and mice EVERYWHERE. it's disgusting. Mice and Roach fecal on the stove. 4. Our Car got towed wrongfully, the leasing office called the towing company to give us the car back with no Charge and they did but they had ruined the car by towing carelessly so the car had a lot of issues : brake system issue, power steering system, stability control etc. The leasing office and the towing company did not pay for any of those issues to get fixed. 5. The heating system went out on the 26th and the weather was below 45 degrees so it was really cold, even though this is regarded as an emergency and should be looked into within 48hours, it took them 4 days, I called several times and put in requests non stop. The "resident managers", or whatever their title is, are terrible. Karelia specifically is mean and unhelpful. I've brought multiple problems to their attention and they refuse to help me in any way. There is a severe mice, rat, and cockroach infestation. My car was towed, despite paying they parking fee, and Karelia refused to assist me in any way. I was forced to call the towing company myself and show them that I pay the parking fee and have a sticker. I got an email saying that I was late to pay rent (despite having the bank statement to prove that wrong). So when I went to the resident manager office, Karelia told me to "figure it out yourself". I went into the office confused and needing help, but left angry. The maintenance crew are the only people who want to help, but are severely understaffed. Because they are so understaffed they are forced to slap bandaids on any problem brought to them so they can move onto the next thing. This property deserves ZERO.. i moved in July 2019 and it's been issue after issue.. let's start .. my first weekend my balcony flooded.. the retainer wall has some spots the need to be re cemented but instead the dumb maintenance staff dig a hole into the balcony and install a sump pump and a new electrical panel .. ‍ that pump has since come up out the ground and the balcony is still flooding.. pics attached.. second they had a refrigerator in my unit that had roach droppings along the rubber seal. took a week to replace them gave me another one out of a vacant unit that was not working properly and yes didn't have a basket in the bottom.. so my food was ruined . had to bitch about that took over a month to get a brand new one.. the property is roaches and mice infested.. my checklist of things that needed to be done in the unit still not completed and it is now october.. when i moved in they misplaced my payments z(check and money order) and instead of them using common sense they send my info to the courts and i come home to a court notice on my door for unpaid rent and i wasn't even in the unit 30 days.. THROW THE ENTIRE STAFF AWAY .. they all are incompetent... DO NOT MOVE HERE .. I just moved in on June 30, 2021 and I have several issues and I reported to the lease office on July 1, 2021 and they have not yet responded to my issues. My issues are the master bed room Bathroom shower water starts warm then gets cold then very hot then back to cold so I can't take a good shower also the toilet water run all the time, also the toilet tank is leaning on the wall, also the Exhaust Fan is not working properly and the molding that separate the carpet and the hardwood floor to the bathroom is Loose. Also after moving in I observed roaches in the kitchen, hallway bathroom and my daughter room. Also the hallway bathroom toilet leak water out of the base of the toilet also the washer and dryer are not working properly and I just moved in on June 30, 2021. As a former tenant of Avery Parks, there are multiple concerns on this property that deserves prompt attention. As this was SUPPOSED to be a temporary situation, However COVID put a dent in my plans. When first moving in, at the end of January, during the weekend, the apartment heating was not working and was not fixed until Monday. Although I do understand that working from home, you use everything a bit more; however, during my lease here: -had to get the heater fixed in the winter -the air conditioner had to be fixed twice in 95 degree weather -I had to get the washer fixed, as the rinse cycle stopped working -the bathtub needed to be reglazed as the whole bathtub 'paint' cracked and peeled -My toilet is running and continued to run and apparently "the toilet is old" -There are a MULTITUDE of mice that run through the buildings and in the apartments. I have had the exterminator but down traps, i had to buy my own traps and MULTIPLE mice were caught in the traps -They also included and put poison in the walls (without my knowledge) so there were a few mice that would come out the walls and die on the kitchen floor -There is some sort of flies nest AND hornets nest around the patio and they would find a way to get into the apartment **~apparently the emergency line do not think the heat going out in the cold or the air conditioning in 95 degree weather is an emergency Ontop of the incidents INSIDE the apartment, as a pet owner, my small dog was attacked by an illegal breed on the property, resorting in a small spinal and leg injury. There were people breaking into people's cars as well as there were some drunk drivers that crashed their cars into other cars and a tree, totaling their car and damage to other cars. COVID really took on a toll on everyone and living in this complex did not make it that much easier. The ENTIRE complex needs to be revamped, the business office seems to not care or understand. I've been living here for 3 years and each year has made me like this complex a little less. They've started the trend of nickel and diming you for every little thing - parking, trash, sewer have all gone up significantly since I started living here. They do not give you 24 hours notice before doing major, major maintenance. While the kitchen updates are nice, I would prefer maintenance that gave me more notice. The maintenance people themselves are pleasant enough. The parking spots are incredibly tight and parking can fill up especially on the weekends. No bugs that I can report. They do spray about once or twice a year (a process that involves removing EVERYTHING from your kitchen and bathroom counters and cabinets). The office staff are generally rude. First off the parking is a nightmare the spaces is so small and you have to buy a reserved park in order to have a guarantee spot. Plus they charge you $10 per vehicle. The rent is very pricey and the utility is always a lot, and there are no meter for electricity or gas, so if you don't use it they still charge you a lot. Most appartiments are infested with blood sucker ( bedbugs) if you live in avery park, you have bedbugs. The office people have a very bad attitude. They always have a bad attitude when you asked them for something, specially the manager, and the maintenance is always super slow. If you want a clean apartment free of rodents and roaches with a staff who actually treats you as if you are spending your hard earned money and deserve a good place to lay your head, Avery Park Apartments is not for you. When my roommate and I came to sign our lease there was a hidden deposit of $1,650 that Josiah Lee in the leasing office failed to ever mention. We had to pay that deposit, the last month's rent, and a prorated first month's rent reluctantly but had nowhere else to stay and our college semester was starting in a few days. With all of these thousands of dollars being spent you'd think the unit would at least be clean right? Wrong. When my roommate and I first walked into the apartment it was so filthy that we had to clean it ourselves, which made no sense because their excuse for making us wait hours after signing our lease to go in was that maintenance was putting on some finishing touches. They must have been walking around just touching stuff because they certainly weren't cleaning or fixing anything. We asked to see it before signing, they said we couldn't because it wasn't quite ready. I took a tour of another building before signing and it looked much better than what they moved us into. Night one, we say roaches behind the fridge. We have been leasing since last August and clean diligently. From the smell of our hallway and what we see into other people's apartments through windows and doors when walking by, we are certainly the most clean in our building. Despite all of this and exterminators coming multiple times a month, roaches are still seen. It is embarrassing that I don't feel comfortable inviting friends over and actually enjoying the space that I worked so hard to create. The first time we walked in on moving day, I asked the maintenance guy to help me look for any holes and plug them so we wont have to deal with mice. He laughed at me, did a lazy job looking from a standing POV, and said there were none. A month and a half ago we saw a mouse and despite being terrified, tried to catch it ourselves that night because we knew the property would be of no help. We went to the store and bought traps and steel wool and found a huge hole behind the dryer. In my opinion, all of this could have been avoided if maintenance would've honored my request from the jump. After not seeing that one for a while we saw another and found more holes behind the stove in which we plugged and set other traps. The exterminator has been out several times, set his own traps and put down poison. We have still been seeing mice. What is the purpose of an exterminator if they can't exterminate? At night you can hear something scratching in the vents. Just imagine what we are being forced to breathe in. I have been having respiratory issues for the first time in my life since I've moved into these disgusting apartments. Management literally couldn't care less. You call resident services and they don't answer the phone, yet they have time to reply to negative comments on the internet as I'm sure they will respond under this one. You put in a maintenance request and it won't be addressed until weeks later, if at all. They are so passive when you bring up your concerns, it's obvious that it doesn't matter to them whether tenants feel comfortable because they get a paycheck either way. This place deserves a ZERO. At first they're sweet to you and get you to move in as fast as possible. I thought they cared. NOPE. With how the manager property and management handle the residents, no wonder they need you to move in fast. That way you're stuck and no options. When we moved in, there were Bugs everywhere. It took them over two weeks to do whatever it is they did. I had to personally get sprays and traps to help the matter. They randomly charge you fees every rent and my rents NEVER the same regardless of their so called "online portal cafe." And when you set up for online payments, it takes them almost a week to get your rent out. But they will file for court on the 2nd of the month and charge you a late fee of $72. Then once they do try to pull your money out, if it doesn't go through, they kick you off of online pay and make you pay at Walmart in person on an account. I pay for a reserved parking space every month. $50. My cars got towed THREE TIMES this past 6 months. And when you call the property manager they say they can't help you and then you're out $400 at the tow poly because they have a contract with Avery Parks and Avery Parks gets a profit. Also they charge you for every person you have over as a visitor. Which nothing or no one even mentions till your rent is due and all these charges are made. This past week, a man came around the area and passed out flyers. 6 hours before hand of their so called "pipe replacement." They arrive 9am-5pm and you can't use your own bathroom/bedrooms/ most of the living room and waters turned off. I've got an infant and I'm pregnant, I'm forced to stay in a corner and barely able to use my kitchen. Unless you're Spanish this place hands down will hang up on you on the phone, pretending their phone doesn't work and they can't hear you. They ignore you for weeks to months and no one ever updates you when maintenance is working in your building. I've seen people upset at the office and they only give out parking passes till 5pm but most people work till 5pm and can't make it in time to get a pass. Mailbox is still being broke into. Even after maintenance "fixed". Even though we have been fixing it ourselves by bending it back as well. After speaking with multiple neighbors within our building. This is a reoccurring thing and people are moving out of here because of it. Not my word...theirs. but we also will be moving when our lease is up. Beautiful apartment but not worth this. I've never had an issue with my mail because the issue. Other than that it's a great apartment. I have opened two investigations with USPS but they said they will look into it if they need to. If the mailman is saying his is an on going in this COMPLEX then someone needs to be accountable. It is what it is to what I'm interpreting from the previous reply from the complex. I also can't have a camera system installed to deteriorate the issue. They have installed Amazon boxes near the rental office recently but don't look big enough for packages. Also, it's not in front of the rental office for them or anyone to really monitor it. I wouldn't be surprised if those get broken into at night as there is no surveillance for them. I have been a resident here since October 2017. I am a single working mother and recently relocated to Maryland from another state. Since day one, I have had nothing but issues with Avery Park Apartments. From an unavailable apartment, rodents, roaches, broken dishwasher and parking issues. The day I was scheduled to move into my apartment. I showed up with my moving truck and they told me the apartment was not available and wouldn't be ready for another week or two. They offered me another apartment in a different building. I couldn't wait and accepted the other apartment. After accepting the apartment I had to wait over two hours for it to be finished being ready. It still was being painted and cleaned. I've complained every month about my dishwasher being broken. That still is not fixed. I was told in December it would be replaced and it still has not been replaced nor fixed. Next, all visitors must purchase a parking pass, during office hours. Mon-Fri 9-6 pm. I've tried many times to explain that I will never make their office hours, since, they are the same as my work hours. The parking pass wouldn't be an issue if they allowed you to buy a pass outside of office hours. It's a cut up piece of paper that they could be possible faxed or emailed. The parking charges are billed to your rent. So I don't understand the issue. I was told that could not make accommodations for me since the rules are the same for every resident. Currently my child father is unable to come visit my daughter at our home because of this parking requirement. I've tried many times to explain that I will never make their office hours, since, they are the same as my work hours. I've contacted Morgan properties the owner of Avery Park and no one has reached out. I really need out of this property. This is the worst experience I've every encountered. Absolutely not. You see, generally speaking you have to take poor reviews with a grain of salt. However, if there are enough poor reviews stating the same thing, that isn't a coincidence. I've seen the absolute worst customer service here, Their leasing office is completely separate from their resident services office which means I came in one day to the leasing office with a question and the girl in the office rudely told us that since we had already moved in, that we had to go to the resident service office where the folks working were about as rude as it gets. It seems once you lease, the smiling faces fade and they act as if you're bothering them with your questions. They don't care about your concerns and the lack of empathy is evident. Apartments are fine but only until the pests show up and the ceilings leak My friend had a leak and the emergency maintenance line was disconnected. Shameful, disgraceful and poor customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the last 2 months,allowing for growing pains, but they are just as terrible. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks then the maintenance team closes them out without doing anything. It's very difficult to get anyone on the phone from the office. You have to essentially stalk them at the office to get the manager then they might fix one of your issues and still do that horribly. They do not have enough trash bins for the size of the property. The trash bins overflow and nothing is done about it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every movement of your neighbors. I cannot wait until June to get out of this place. read more

I wish that I could give ZERO STARS!! My fiancé and I were looking to move into this community, Avery Park. We applied 08/23/17. We have been working with Patrick on getting all the details on the apartment. We've paid the application fee as well as the holding fee, so of course we are serious about moving. My fiancé and I checked out the reviews on the property last night and were a little disturbed by them. Residents were saying that there were roaches, and the property manager is very rude and one resident said she walked in on the property manager cursing someone out. These reviews made us hesitant. But after asking Patrick to refund our money, he then told me he would if I really wanted to, but he assured me that he would personally do everything in his power to make sure our stay at this community was pleasant. He basically assured me that we would be in great hands. *He made us reconsider. WE REALLY NEEDED TO MOVE, so I said ok. He told us he would be sending over the approval letter and that he would let me know about the renovations in this particular unit. I then called my fiancé to tell him that I changed my mind about not wanting to get the refund and to talk to him about the conversation I had with Patrick and long story short the MANAGER called him after I spoke to Patrick, to tell him we were "playing games" and if we still need a apartment WE NEED TO APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I now see exactly what the residents meant, in their reviews. How unprofessional? Then to top it off when I called back to speak to my *leasing consultant (PATRICK) he is now, nowhere to be found, first he was on lunch, now he's busy... NINA said she was going to talk to the property manager and call back. 3 hours later, still no call (and we were supposed to be moving in today- it's 5 they close at 7). Well my fiancé works and he can not handle this AND I have been the only one in communication with them (accept the manager calling him today), from start to now, and NOW all of a sudden, they can not talk to me. I don't have much longer living here....THANK GOD!!!...This place is shitty.I have been asking for my leaky roof to be fixed for 3 years. It's still leaks today and now I have mold growing on my walls and ceiling.The carpet was soak n wet from when they flooded and they would not replace it. They came a shampood the nasty shit. It still stinks today because everytime it rains hard it still gets soak n wet that's how bad my roof leaks. The parking policy is Bullshit. I agree with everyone else. I shouldn't be told how many vehicles I should own. And yes the rent is too high for the quality of the dump we live in. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste your money. If I could give a zero star I would, I just want to leave a message to who it may concern, I'm a resident here at Avery apartments for the last 2 months and every since I move I have not been properly taken care of, before I move in to my new place I requested maintenance to fix issues that was wrong in my apartment and when they came in they didn't fix a thing. Issues like the bathroom toilet water keeps running, the refrigerator makes a rough noise, the washer machine flooded my kitchen 3 t I just want to leave a message to who it may concern, I'm a resident here at Avery apartments for the last 2 months and every since I move I have not been properly taken care of, before I move in to my new place I requested maintenance to fix issues that was wrong in my apartment and when they came in they didn't fix a thing. I have to put my clothes to dry 4 times so it can dry completely, and to start it all off the lady at the office name Adriana is not very helpful, she puts you on hold and nevera gets back to you or they never answer the phone on working hours I ask residents around and they all say the same thing about her. Another problem I waited a month for them to fix my mail box an to give me a new set of keys!! Residents should always be a priority just how getting the rent money from us. Is now been 2 weeks with out washing clothes. And beside that 3 times my amazon packages keep disappearing, I contact amazon got my money back but I should be worried about my stuff been robbed. read more

This is the absolute worst place I've lived in my life! The apartments are infested with cockroaches and mice. The maintenance crew cant fix anything without two weeks of prep time. Management cant even get the trash emptied. There was piles of trash through out because they cant handle their jobs! There is not enough parking for the residents they have, so if they need to use them to fix anything, budget for having your car towed because they will leave you with no place to park! You cant have anything on your balcony or patio because it might make the place look bad and we cant have that if we are trying to get new suckers to live here! The people that do live there are thieves and so loud you cant get any sleep anyway. Do yourself a favor don't even bother trying to reach out to the corporate office, they wont even acknowledge you they will just send you a prepared statement and direct you to the crappy site management. I don't know where to start. I can start from the location which is great. That is the only good thing about the apartment. If you visit the office you wouldn't believe that is the office. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Visiting the Management office way much TERRIBLE. The lady at the manager office called Nina is one of the rudest people I have ever met on planet earth. I wander if she has a manager, she surely acts like she owns the place. If you report a maintenance issue it will be weeks or even months for some one to show up. ROACH and MICE are the norm now. You can report as many times as you want but nothing is going to be done. I was told to remove everything from Kitchen and Bathroom for ROACH treatment at least three times but NO ONE showed up. The Bathroom had a leak from the ceiling and it took Two weeks for someone to come and look at it(Still not fixed). The kitchen has a huge leak from the ceiling fan area where the electric wires are located- I start reporting the issue FOUR WEEKS AGO and I have been to the office 3 times but no one showed up yet. I'm putting basins to accumulate the smelling leak. These issues are just examples of the experience I'm having at Avery park apartments. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. A TERRIBLE MANAGMENT, POORLY MAINTAINED apartment. If there is a possibility for LESSTHAN ONE STAR that is what I'm going to give!!! read more

This was my first time renting an apartment, and the worst experience ever. Avery Park is the worst place to live. If you can afford to live someplace else please run for your life. I lived there for a year and had to deal with neighbours having parties on the weekends especially, till 6 am in the morning. Even if you complained they do nothing about it, and the manager is never around to address your concerns. my apartment was full of roaches and mice and had to spend my my own money to buy spray to get rid of the roaches. The manager is so rude and is never around until something of their interest comes up. After I moved out due to loud music and smelling marijuana in my bathroom, I was charged for damages from the previous person who lived there before me. do not make this mistake. if you decide to rent from them, make sure you take pictures of everything that is damage in the apartment or else they will keep your deposit and charge you more money on top of it. This place is horrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible please do not rent from them or you will regret it for life. They need to hire more people from different background other than Hispanic people in the office, because they will not come to your defence they will rather support their own party. I had a chair that was stolen right in front of my door that I ordered for almost $400.00 dollars and I reported it to the office they did not did nothing to address the issue or to help me find it. Avery park is one of the worst places i have rented. There is a property wide mouse infestation. I can here mice scratching through the wall at night. The old management and the new management do nothing to help the situation. The neighbors are loud above you because I believe they use styro foam to make the wall an ceilings. The people are nasty. Instead of putting there garbage in the garbage bins they pile it up in front of them so my view from my balcony is heaping piles of garbage and trash in the street. The rent price is way to expensive for the quality of these apt's. read more

The staff is nice up until u move in. I loved the apartment at first. Then I moved in. For 4 months we had to wait on screens for the windows. For a two months we had to wait for the dryer to be fixed. For one month we had to wait to get the air conditioner fixed. The toilet exploded ( I have pictures). SO then they took out the whole toilet. The carpet was soooo drenched. Instead of installing new carpet they just installed a new piece. It looked awful. Horrible place! If you want to share your apartment with MICE and ROACHES, by all means go live there! Horrible customer service. Don't be deceived by the word "luxurious" they have up under their name! Even parking you'll have a problem with. If you come a little late in the afternoon and the parking lot is full, you are AT LOSS ... go find a spot somewhere else! Where? It's not their problem! If you have guests over, they have to leave by 8 P.M. if the office was closed and you weren't able to get a pass! The staff treat you as if you are working for them and not the other way around. lived in these apartments for 7 months because I was a morgan employee when I moved into the apartment was in bad condition the tub I needed paint I could not use it for two days the fridge was dirty the stove was damaged my son hurt his hand with the side of the stove because was open the washing machine did not work a wait almost 2 month for them to change the washing machine the carpet was raised up and wrinkled and they just sent to wash the blinds were damaged old and were not completely I resigned to the company Because I have to move to and other state and they agreed to transfer the apartment to my sister-in-law they paid for the application fee $50.00 file and never processed it they just stole the money from them now they sent my account to collection because they want to make me responsible for the carpet and blinds did not make complaints because I worked for the company but I find it unfair that they are charging me for damages that were before I took possession of the apartment I have email and picture that I send to the manager Norma Hudgson and Karelia Ramos read more

Avoid this property: The property manager is the rudest individual ever. She is unconcerned with the needs of the residents. You see, Melissa you need to be careful about the things you state when tenants are in the Resident Services office. "If the tenants don't like it here, they can find some place else to stay". Well I HEARD YOU LOUD AND CLEAR,AND I DEFINITELY COMPLIED. When the apartments in your community are infested with BEDBUGS that reside in the walls, MICE, and roaches. I took my money elsewhere. Unnecessary construction, threatening letters posted in the buildings. Every other week the water is turned off during the day, when tenants pay for water. Stray cats running around, stolen cars and cars for sale in the lots. I gladly took my business and most importantly my MONEY elsewhere. Additionally, anyone considering moving to this property the reviews written on social media and on the Avery Park website are completed by the employees to increase the review ratings.
