I refused the shot, and decided to try physical therapy. I walked out of the first well known therapy center after showing up for my first appointment and being told they wouldn't treat Me without a mask on. I was having A good amount of pain and did not want to make myself any more uncomfortable by wearing a face mask. I drove right over to Fyzical after learning i would not Be forced to wear a face mask in their establishment. Staff was welcoming and beyond accomadating with a personalized plan to get rid of my pain. my therapist, Melissa P, really listened to what was going on and with her treatment and my work at home on exercises she gave me, I was pain free in about 2 months. I am now back at the fitness classes i Always enjoyed and never thought I'd be able to participate in again. This place gave me my lifestyle back and I can't thank them enough!!!

My mother went home after 1.5 weeks of rehab from a hip replacement and then took a turn. Had to go to the ED and was sent to another facility after a few days because she wasn't " acute " enough to return.

Always clean They waste no time in between patients cleaning the tables and changing pillow cases for the next one. My only complaint here is outside where we have to wait for the elevator and/or proceed down the stairs. It would be sooooo very wonderful to see some kind of overhead cover. When it's cold, raining, snowing, windy-it's extremely uncomfortable. I should add that in order to ride down the elevator. One must wait outside until one of the staff comes out with a key to operate the elevator. Please note also, that most of the patients are senior citizens and/or affected by some type of physical stress. Therefore, by not having a cover over the entrances is quite a hazard for all of us. I and a lot of others would greatly appreciate if you would address this issue as soon as possible.
